On February 14th 2025, I placed a pre-order on Comfrt's website that said it would be shipped on April 30th 2025. I have not received any updates from the time of purchase till now and my order status never changed. I reached out to customer service and they told me that while my order was supposed to be shipped out on April 30th, my order was still showing as "unfulfilled" meaning it had not been processed or shipped. They said they were escalating my order to their fulfillment department for expedited processing and that I'd receive shipping confirmation and tracking once my order was dispatched. There have been no order updates whatsoever since then. I'm concerned I've been scammed since I have recently found out several other customers who pre-ordered from this business's website also didn't receive their order at the proposed date if at all and had a hard time getting help from customer assistance as well. I really do want what I purchased, but if the company has no intention of processing and shipping it in an appropriate time frame, I think it's best I get a full refund for the products which I have not received.Customer Answer

I cancelled within the timeframe for my preorders and filed a fraud case with my credit card issuer. The company never provided me with the goods and services just an egift card back to their company which I never requested. THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY RECIEVED A FRADULENT ORDER ON A SATURDAY NIGHT AND BY SUNDAY MORNING THEIR FAKE ORDER SHOWED UP AT MY DOOR, THEY HAD FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR $265 FOR A HOODIE AND A $200 GIFT CARD.THEY REFUNDED IMMEDIATLEY ME THE $200 FOR THE GIFT CARD AND TOLD ME TO SEND THEM BACK THE HOODIE FOR THE REMAINING $65.00, I FOLLOWED THEIR INSTRUCTIONS AND AFTER THEY RECIEVED THEIR ITEM BACK WHICH BY THE WAY WAS NEVER OPENED THEY NOW REFUSE TO ISSUE ME A CASH REFUND BECAUSE THEY CLAIM THAT "THEY DONT DO CASH REFUNDS". HUH WHAT? WHY WOULD TELL ME TO SEND IT BACK THEN? WELL, I NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING FROM THEIR COMPANY AN I NEVER WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, I HAVE NO NEED FOR WOMENS HOODIES. SO, THEY GET TO KEEP MY MONEY UNDER THE PRETENSE THAT I CAN ORDER FROM THEIR WEB SITE AND THEY EVEN WENT AS FAR AS TO ACCUSE ME OF LETTING SOMEONE IN MY HOUSEHOLD HAVE ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNTS, WHICH IS NOT TRUE, TO BE COMPLETELY HONEST I HAD NEVER HEARD OF "CMFRT" UNTIL THEY SCAMMED ME OUT OF MY MONEY. THEY BASICALLY OPERATE UNDER THE PRETENSE OF FORCING PURCHASES BY NOT RETURNING A DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER THEIR MONEY AND ISSUING A GIFT CARD TO ONLY BE USED AT THEIR WEBSITE. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUD AND I WILL BE UPDATING THE POLICE DEPARTMENT IN MY LOCAL JURISDICTION THAT IS CURRENTLY INVESTIGATING THEIR COMPANY THROUGH THEIR CYBERCRIMES DIVISION. They refuse to issue me a full refund even though I sent them a notification from the police department stating that they were being contacted to confirm that a electronic fraud had been committed.
They state that they dont issue refunds only gift cards that can only be used on there site.
This company is a complete fraud and in my opinion part of the gang conducting the fraud, because under their excuse they get to keep your cash and issue you a email gift card.

Ordered a sweat suit on pre-order on December 3, 2024 with expected shipping date of February 26, 2025 and never received the pre-order. I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter from Comfrt on 22 February 2025. Paid $73.95 ($65 + 8.95 shipping)Order was delivered on 24 February. Daughter didnt like the sweatshirt. I requested a return label and shipped the sweatshirt back on 25 February. The return label email included this paragraph:Requested a refund?Well process your return once we receive the original items. Youll receive an email confirmation letting you know that the process is complete.On 06 March I received an email with an electronic gift certificate for $65 only usable at comfrt.com.I emailed *************************** on 07 March requesting a refund to my credit card and received a reply the same day, which included this paragraph:Our return policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring we can continue to provide the best possible products. I purchased some clothes from Comfrt on 15 Jan 2025 for $175.66. The clothes were marketed as "oversized" which I expected so I bought my normal size for both my partner and I. The clothes were not oversized at all, they were actually tight on both of us. I was disappointed in the fit and quality. After contacting the company, I was told I could exchange them or get store credit. They do not offer refunds which I was not aware of at the time of purchase. I found it very strange to not offer refunds for clothing from such a popular company. I had assumed they offered refunds as I knew they offered refunds on their Tiktok shop. I specifically ordered direct from the website to avoid sharing my info with Tiktok. Apparently that return policy does not apply to their direct store. I looked into exchanging the items, but the item I wanted was not in stock. At this point I was done dealing with the poor service so I reached out to my credit card company for help. This took a couple weeks and they were unable to help me as they said they had to follow the company's return policy. Comfrt apparently told **** that they had reached out to me and I did not respond, which was untrue.I am now past the exchange date and at this point I am extremely disappointed that a clothing company would be this difficult to deal with. I did some research (albeit too late) and found many others with similar complaints about the company. I feel this company is scamming customers with their cheap clothing and poor customer service. Furthermore, their email responses are most certainly just AI. I had asked several questions throughout the process and none of them were properly answered. At one point I was "forwarded to a manager" who repeated the same verbiage from the previous email. After stating I would be filing a BBB report, they never responded. I ordered sweat pants from this company on November 6th for a Christmas gift The emailed the company January 6th looking for instructions on how to exchange the product for a different size. I spoke with a representative who was unable to locate my order and continued to email me a link to start the exchange process. I never received a follow up communication once i submitted my request therefore i re-emailed the company on January 15th. I received a response that my exchange could not be located and was sent the link again to begin the process. I resubmitted a 2nd exchange request and again never received a reply. I emailed the company again January 28th looking for next steps confirming i have not received any follow *** on next steps. I was informed i should have received a reply within a week. I confirmed i did not receive a response and was instructed yet again to submit yet another new exchange request (3rd time). On February 17th i emailed the company and complained about lack of service and follow up. I was informed my request was escalated. on Feb. 18th i received an email looking to see when i mailed the product back and what my order number was. I confirmed i never received any instruction or a return label. I received an email back that i need to resubmit a new exchange request (4th time). I emailed that i have now requested this up to 5 times with no resolution.
