- At U.S. Coin Depot, we are committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction. All of our products are completely guaranteed. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied for any reason. You may return any of our products for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges may only be refunded when the return is due to our own error.
If you need to return an item, then please contact U.S. Coin Depot for a return authorization form.
All returns must be filed within 15 days of receipt.
Returns filed for items purchased with a credit card are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
All U.S. Coin Depot items that are returned must be in the original packaging, or a certified holder. Coins that are removed from this packaging cannot be returned.
All bullion purchases are final.
All special order item sales are final.
Any client who wishes to return an item must file for a return authorization code. Please contact your account advisor for details.
All U.S. Coin Depot items slabbed by PCGS, NGC, ICG, or ANACS are protected by a three day inspection period. These pieces are traded daily on an open exchange and prices are subject to market demands. After three days all sales are final. - Business Categories
