I hired them to remove a tree from my backyard. They took down the tree, but left a HUGE MESS of dirt and woodchips on my neighbor's property. It's been 2 months and they refuse to come back and clean it up, saying that its not their problem.Business response

Good Afternoon,
In Regarding the mess that you are referring to, are stumps grinding that were due to the ******* being grinding, the removal of the grinding were not include in the price of the job.
As I stated in the passed email, Branching Out Tree Service will be happy to come back to provide you with a discounted rate as a courtesy, but can NOT do it for free.

We used the services of Branching Out last spring 2021. The company removed some branches and cleaned up a tree for us. The employees must have destroyed some of our property when they were working . They knocked over one of our stone walls and left some soda cans there as evidence. We reached out and ***** the man we dealt with told us to get it fixed and he would pay for it. We had our landscapers fix the walls and they only charged us $108.63. Branching. out was sent the **** and we were told that **** would send us a check. It is a full year later and we have not revived our reimbursement. We have been calling, texting and contacting them all year and they no longer take our calls. You will see the text ****** we had with ****** and images of the damage and the and the **** from our landscaper. Please help.Business response

First off, my apologies that we didnt get back to you sooner. We got your voicemail that was just left over the holiday weekend. Unfortunately, we were unaware of this situation when the inconvenience occurred. After investigating the case we came to a result, and we are mailing you a check for $108.63 to pay for the damages.
