    American Thrift Stores has continually charge every customer 25 cents for a supply fee but can't provide an explanation to what is the supply. As you can see in this receipt it's not for a bag because that is a separate charge depending on what bag you choose the price is different. I have always brought my own bag and still was charge this 25 cents for a supply fee. The only explanation I have received is they do this for all there customers. Seems like a lot of quarters adding up and without justification to be stealing money from there customers. It's not about the quarter as it is about being manipulated at checkout and charging a fee for for nothing in return. Before I contact the attorney generals office I am giving this business a chance to explain why they are stealing a quarter from every customer that comes into the store and purchases something.
