    On November 20th 2023 i took my car to the *** Auto Repair shop in *********** because all my lights were on and my car wasnt picking up gas while driving after I took the car there the owner of the shop told me that it will cost me $3,211.25 to fix everything on my car which I agree to 2 weeks later while driving on the highway the car was changing lane with me the steering wheel was shaking very heavy I came to him to explain the problem he give the car to another guy to go drive it the guy came back and say the car is fine now fast forward to now while driving the car with my kids in the back seat the car just completely shut off with me the car didnt start back on for another 3 hours I was sitting on the highway freezing cold with my kids I came to the shop to tell him the problem the owner of the shop is telling me I have to pay to get the issues fix and Im asking him what is exactly did you fix on the car to begin with you recently charged me $3,211.25 the owner is very rude and mean he told me too bad for me he cant fix anything for me unless I pay him more money I will not give him another ***** I want to resolve this by getting a full refund from him this is not how people should do business nor treat their customers like this $3,211.25 its a lot of money to just rob me like that.

    He told me what the price would be to fix my wifes Jeep and when went to pick it up the Jeep the price was not what he quoted me .he never called me to tell me about the addition cost and demanded cash not a credit card.
