    I paid $700 for a fireplace TV stand from Meble Furniture. It started making a strange noise and Meble asked me to return it for a replacement. I returned it and got a replacement of the fireplace only, when I had returned the whole item. I asked them for a full replacement or refund and they have refused on both points, leaving me out of pocket and without the purchased item.

    The remote and electrical harness went out that supplies power to the LED glass shevles on the tv stand ( manhatton fire place tv stand). I have reached out via telephone with no success. I have reached out via email with empty promises. less than a year old when the remote and electrical went out and should be covered through the warranty. for the amount paid for the tv stand it should not be going out this quickly.

    February 19 2023 ordered wardrobe the picture was deceitful showing a large 4 door wardrobe for $***** + tax I put it in cart then went to check out. Still showing same picture and price. After ordering I realized that it was there were 2 pieces and they were each *****. I tried to cancel immediately, There was no phone number only email address repeatedly received automated emails. Finally received an email explaining that I would only get 1/2 my money that they charge restocking fee. I did not see their return policy until I went to return it and they emailed it to me. The customer service rep ***** even have his full name on the email it just said *****. I had gone to ***** and stopped the furniture from being delivered to my home. I did tell him that I would be reaching out to the BBB to report the company. At that point the email became deceitful when he changed the wording to when we know the furniture is being returned we will issue a return. Well now I believe that after 15 or more emails they are now going to send a full refund but this morning when I checked they bank account they only sent 1/2. That is why I am reaching out to BBB praying I am on a fixed income I forgot to mention that before I ordered from this company I looked into their reviews and they had a lot of 5 star reviews so I believed them to be a reputable company. I am so upset because I am on fixed income. Thank you in advance for your help. ************************* I can not figure how upload the emails.
