I purchased a Baby Lock Solaris Vision sewing and embroidery machine in April of last year. The machine has been in the shop several times for malfunctions and issues and in February I took it back into the store for repair and I was told there was a part on back order (Sew Right ordered the part on March 10th) but they were able to temporarily get the machine to at least function. I took the machine home and continued to work with it until it finally was no longer usable. Please keep in mind this is a $16,000 dollar machine. I returned the machine to the store and it has been sitting there waiting for the part and it has now been months that I have been without a fully operational machine. I have phoned the ***************** who only sends me back to Sew Right for any resolution. I have asked ***** the owner of the company to either fix the machine or replace it. But he says there is nothing he can do. Sew Right has received the Best in the Borough for many years and I don't understand how this can be when I cannot get any progress on the repair or replacement of my machine. When you spend this kind of money on a machine that does have a warranty why can I not get any acceptable resolution and no information on when the machine will be repaired or replaced.
