      Had to return something. Contacted customer service and they sent me the return label. I sent the items back. Reached out to customer service more than once and was told my credit would be put on my card. I NEVER RECEIVED IT I gave up on them.The good thing it was less than $30 and I can't take the chance of ordering again.Will never order again from them.They are only worth zero stars.*******

      I received my pocket door hardware in a timely fashion for my construction project. However, the turn k*** part was bent, thinned, crooked and defected. I didn't notice because we're remodeling an entire home and the parts weren't looked over carefully until our contractor was ready to do the job. Unfortunately, ***** the Supervisor denied my claim to ship over a new pocket door mortise lock due to a 30 day window. YOU should see how defected the items was shipped.

      We would like to bring to your attention that the order in question is from March 2023, and it is just three weeks shy of being a year old. Our standard procedure for addressing defective or damaged products involves customers notifying us within 30 days of receiving their order.It's worth noting that the consumer contacted us 11 months later, which unfortunately was not highlighted in their initial complaint. We regret to inform you that, regrettably, we are unable to replace the order in question. However, to express our commitment to customer satisfaction, we would like to extend an offer of free shipping and a discount on a subsequent order as an alternative resolution.

      If I could give myknobs.com zero stars I would. I ordered product from Emtek and myknobs sent them to the wrong address. *** returned them becasue that address didn't exist. After seeing the tracking info at ***, and after many days, I had to call myknobs to explain what was going on. Myknobs re-ordered the parts. I received something totally different. Again, I called myknobs and was told I needed to return the wrong items before they would "release" the correct order. This was all early December 2023. Today is the end of January ****! I have called 3 separate times and spoken to "customer service" folx who could have cared less about my order; they were rude, half-asleep, and the epitome of obnoxiousness..."it's the process"; "you need to wait 48 hours and somebody will call you". Nobody has ever called me. I have also written 4 separate emails with exactly ZERO response from the company. It's been nearly 2 MONTHS and I don't have my door parts and I'm out the money. Appalling customer service. Go to build.com. They are awesome. AVOID MYKNOBS.COM AT ALL COSTS. You have been warned.

      bought several items from ************ worst customers service I I have ever experienced in my life. horrible return policy. one month wait for delivery. missing parts, restocking fees. returns paid by customer, Run , dont walk away from this company!!!

Please understand that our door hardware vendors have a restocking fee, the door hardware is assembled when ordered and must be disassembled when retuned. We respond within 24 48 hours on all customer return inquiries and the return authorization number was forwarded to the email provided. Additionally, we were contacted on January 26, **** on your behalf via **** that all charges are disputed under - Code C04 (Goods/Services returned or refused ) at which time we also provided card member services your return authorization number and proof of credit. If you wish to discuss more on this issue, please do not hesitate to contact us.

      This review should actually be a -5 stars. Ive never dealt with a company so horrible. Absolutely zero communication, zero follow up and zero explanation. I ordered $700 worth of products and paid for second day air shipping. 15 days later, I received a very small portion of my order. I was never told that the remainder of my order was canceled. I only discovered that because I checked my credit card statement and found that they gave me a credit for the remaining portion of my order they canceled on their own. Of course they didnt credit the $58 that I paid for second day air shipping. The customer service reps you speak to on the phone sound like they are either drugged up or frankly dont care about providing any service to their customers. Left a voicemail for a supervisor a week ago and still never heard a peep back. I cant believe the BBB is giving this company an A+ rating. I wish I could warn every person ordering from their website to run the other way!

      Beware, this won't feel like a company if you try to do business with them. The customer service is unresponsive or will tell you one thing while doing another, if you can get them on the phone at all. Ordered k**** and realized they weren't the right size. Called hours later to explain, I needed to cancel and reorder, and they said they'd cancel no problem. Four days later I received a charge and tracking # for the "canceled order". Then paid $20 to ship the handles back in which they credited the original price MINUS $20. Absurd! Forget how much time wasted trying to get anyone to help. It was my mistake for getting the wrong size, but I won't be getting the right ones from this shell company. Sometimes those cheaper online prices are most costly in the end. ****** learned!

      I should have read the reviews of this company first. I paid extra for two day delivery. It is now the third day and it hasnt even been shipped yet. The customer service is worthless. Offered no recourse. And as I can see from the reviews the company doesnt even seem to care. I wish I could give 0 stars. It should state that its two day shipping after they take three days to process the order.

      Had previously made several purchases from this company with success. More recently it seems the service levels have greatly declined to the point that you can not get a response from customer service. I had an issue with an order they indicated was in stock and due to ship in 1-2 days. They shipped a part of the order and then listed the rest of the order for a ship date 3 weeks later. I purchased replacement parts elsewhere, but could not get a reply from the MyKnobs.com so I had to bring the matter up to the credit card company to get the credit. Not sure if there has been an ownership change, but the company is no longer responding to customer service requests. for order resolution.
