Blue Lade Contractors completed a front yard and driveway project for me. I had initially gotten various quotes and ended up going with Blue Ladder Contractors for my project. Not only was their pricing great, bu Manny was very transparent throughout the whole process. With past projects, I didn't feel heard but ***** ensured I felt heard. ***** and his team did an excellent job. They were very professional and are experts at their job. I will definitely be working with them in the future! Thank you, ***** and team!

I hired Blue Ladder Contractors to retile a shower floor. *************************** ***** began the work on 4/26. The work was completed in 2 days but not to our satisfaction. Grout was sloppily left on the shower walls as well as the shower floor tiles. Manny said he couldn't clean it bc everything was wet but it would wipe away easily once dried. It did not. When i contacted Manny the next day, he said to purchase grout haze remover and it would easily remove the grout. and sent me a link of what to purchase. I was concerned it would damage the tiles which he said it would not. I used the product he said in one spot in the shower to test it out. With harsh scrubbing it seemed to remove 'some of the grout from the tile' but also seemed to cause discoloration of the grout. After using the shower once, the grout is discolored throughout and parts of the tiles loosened and broke off the shower floor. On May 1st, Manny said he would take care of it. After following up, on May 10th, Manny said 'I'm going to send someone one of these days'. I'll take care of it, don't worry'. I followed up again on May 15th so we could set a date for him to fix it and he said 'I'm super busy right now and none of my guys are free. I can do a refund and find a contractor to take care of the bathroom'. I was annoyed that he wouldn't be coming to repair the work as promised but happy that he would return the money. Of course, we were not interested in any of his recommendations. After several follow *** and unreturned phone calls, Manny finally returned $1,000 on June 17th despite agreeing to return the money about 5 weeks ago. He said he had to finish another job before he could pay. He also refuses to return the remaining $600 due to his 'labor costs' despite the shower floor needing to be completely redone again and us having a signed contract. Other contractors have come and said the floor needs to be completely redone. I will be taking the contractor to court for breach of contract.
