Amazing job. Family Fence communicated well throughout the entire process, made appointment adjustments, and offered an amazing price. If i had one complaint it would only be the amount of debris that was left behind in my yard. Otherwise 10/10Family Fence Co.

Intitial consultation was detailed and personal. High end PVC was competitively priced after negotiation. Some installation modifications had to be made after installation and were done so in an acceptable amount of time. Customer service means you'll get a timely text message.Family Fence Co.

Quality service at a fair price. From the customer service on the phone, the communication throughout the process, the quote from the salespeople and the quality installation, Family Fence provided a professional installation of my fence. Family fence was an excellent company to work with. Communication was excellent throughout. I had two aluminum railings installed on my front and back stoops and what a beautiful transformation it made for my home! The crew did a fantastic job with the install. They were also on time, polite and showed care for my property in constantly keeping the surrounding area clean. I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.Family Fence Co.

How fortunate we were to have found and engaged Family Fence! In this day and age, there seem to be few companies that LISTEN to their customers, take such GREAT CARE in examining and understanding the specifics of the job situation, explain things IN DETAIL, plan the job thoroughly and perform the work with such DILIGENCE and CARE. ***** and his office staff, ********* (the site preparatory inspector), and ***** and his great installation team should write a book on how to start, plan and complete a fence install job. The job involved replacing our old stockade fence with a 6’ white vinyl fence. The old 256’ stockade fence was rotting and falling apart. Slats and pickets were missing/broken. Several of the 33 4’x4’ posts had rotted and snapped in high winds. A few of the 8’ sections of stockade fence had recently blown flat on the ground. The installation crew arrived on time, unloaded their tools and supplies and got to work. First, they removed the old stockade fence and put the debris in their truck. Everything ***** and his crew did was done with great ATTENTION TO DETAILS: measuring, digging the holes, leveling, and building the fence. They listened to our concerns and answered every question we had. [Along the fence line, there were several trees that, over the years, had grown wider at their bases…and we didn’t want those trees to be damaged. With good planning and some extra care and work, they beautifully navigated those situations.] The crew worked quietly and tirelessly through the morning and afternoon of an extremely hot day. Each of the 4-man crew knew exactly what had to be done and how to do it. And, with *****, they worked extremely well as a team. And, when finished at 4:00 pm, they left the work-site spotless. In our years of working with home contractors, we have never been so all-around satisfied as we are with Family Fence. Their pricing was fair. We highly recommend them to anyone contemplating having a new fence installed.Family Fence Co.

Commercial Gate Project Found Family Fence on the internet and was so happy I did. The entire process from making an appointment, meeting, measurement estimate and installation of product was smooth and easy.
