    Main issue: Apartment was not available for my move in date, lead to a 3 day hotel expanse. Also, leasing consultant is very rude I was looking for apartment that I can move in at Nov 19th, then I found Rosemont Brookhaven. On the website they listed there's an apartment that available from Nov 19. Because I was in ** at that time, I'm not able to visit in person, but because they offered online **************, I just went through everything online and stated that I need to move in on Nov 19. However, after couple days (and even after I paid for the holding fee) I was told that I can only move in after Nov 22nd. My new job started Nov 14th, and the company pays for hotel from ***** to *****, that's the main reason I want to move in on *****. A ***** move in date means I need to pay for additional 3 days of hotel expanse, along with a whole mass that I can't move during weekend. When I asked why this happened, they just say "We usually tell everyone it is 2 weeks from when you apply". BUT! That was not listed anywhere on web, and no warnings before I went through the whole application procedure. What's worse, the altitude of leasing consultant whose name is ************************* is very rude. She said she can refund me when it's lease than a week from my move in date. I have to live with the ***** move in date because there's no time for me to find another apartment. After that, all her emails are rude, and that's also the same altitude when I was visiting the leasing office to give her checks.
