My husband and I purchased a floor from this company there were problems with the floor after being installed after numerous attempts of trying to get in touch with them the owner started declining our calls. One day my husband called from a different number he told the owner (******) his name and the gentleman hung up on him. *** called using different phone numbers to contact him leaving messages texting him and still doesnt return my call. We paid this man in cash because he said he gave us a good deal on the floor. We used this company once before in my house and was very satisfied. The floor cost roughly $6,000. And the gentleman refuses to return my call. I tried going through my insurance company to make another claim for faulty work but was unable to. Because they said we were paid for this claim already.They suggested I talk to the Better Business Bureau. I would appreciate any help you could offer . I drove to address on heir website to see him in person but there was nothing there. Unfortunately because it was a cash sale there is no records for me to submit.
