      On 12/24 I ordered two coupon books and have not received my order. They acknowledged the order on 12/30 via email. That was the last communication from them.

      This order was placed on 12/24 with an order confirmation email sent the same day, the order was placed with economy shipping which is 7 to 14 BUSINESS days, in the confirmation email the customer received it stated we are preparing the order and to allow 3-5 BUSINESS days for it to leave our warehouse. Please note, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & New Years Day are not business days as listed on our website. It further states in that same email a full explanation of Economy Shipping and how it is dependent on the postal service. The package was shipped from our facility on December 30 (the 3rd business day from the order), a confirmation email was sent to the customer stating such.  The package is within the hands of the postal service and at their discretion to deliver.  The postal service states the package is at their facility with an estimated delivery date of January 13th.  You can view each step of the interaction within the attached file.       Order #: ****** Ordered 10/7/24 Online order placed on 10/7/24 for two books has not arrived. All communication via email and phone have gone unanswered. FAQs state online orders will arrive 10-7 business days from time of order. I want to know when my books will be delivered and ensure those neighbors who supported this school fundraiser will receive their orders as well. If these books are not sent I would like a refund.

      When Ms. ****** placed her order for her books, she selected the option "I have my book/Seller will deliver at end of sale."  As you can see in the attached image file named - SAPay Receipt. Also, when you select that option it does not ask you for a shipping address it simply asks for your payment info. Ms. ****** sent in her first email on 10/28 to which she received a response on 10/31 after we investigated the issue. As you can see within that exchange, we are inquiring of her shipping address and we will ship her books to her.

      We have reached out to this company in every way possible to remove a coupon being printed in their books that we have not authorized. We haven't had any correspondence with this company about this coupon or if we wanted to run it. The business has changed hands and the owner does not wish to participate or do business with this company. After repeated attempts and failures to remedy this situation, we are understandably frustrated.

      Enjoy The City North Inc., dba SaveAround, is fraudulently printing coupon books with unauthorized merchant coupons/discounts. We operate multiple restaurants and SaveAround had a contract dated 2018 from the prior restaurant owner. SaveAround claims it's a 2-year contract with auto-renewal. They were informed in writing on 11/2/23, and again on 11/3/23, that the contract is invalid due to the signer of the 2018 contract no longer owning the businesses and that they should discontinue publishing coupons since we do not want to participate. Then on 2/13/24, SaveAround sent a "thank you for your participation email" and they were notified again in writing that they do not have a contract with current ownership and that we do not wish to participate. Enjoy The City North Inc., dba SaveAround is "stealing" from merchants by means of selling coupon books with unauthorized discounts and freebies from merchants.

      Our coupon books are printed in late summer, early fall of the year preceding the book year.  This is done as our books are sold as fundraisers for local schools and other non profit organizations and they need the products in hand for said sales.  In this particular instance, the 2024 book was printed and distributed (August 2023) prior to receiving the initial email from ******** on November 2, 2023. As we were not notified of the change of ownership, nor did we receive a response to our email on March 18, 2023 advising of any such change or cancellation request, the advertisement was printed as in accordance with the agreement we had in place as we are required to do.  The agreement, which the merchant provided the copy of, clearly states in Recitals Item #6 Sale of Business that the agreement does transfer with a sale of business.  As such, the coupons printed in the 2024 edition are valid and do need to be honored until the end of the agreement term - December 31, 2024 as we can not "un print" a coupon.  After receiving the email in November 2023 we did process the account for cancellation and the merchant is not printed in the 2025 editions.  Please reference the merchants submission for the agreement they acknowledge they had as well as the email correspondence advising them of the same. Please let me know if further information is required or if you have any other questions.  Thank you.

      Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and accept resolution based on their confirmation that future publications have been discontinued.SaveAround is encouraged to research state laws relating to auto-renewal contracts and unfair practices, such as their own.  While they may work with non-profit organizations, SaveAround is presumed to be a for-profit organization taking advantage of their contractual language, which is at minimum unfair to retailers, and possibly unlawful in some states.       Save around is printing coupon books with coupons that are not authorized nor valid. I have had to turn down people trying to use these coupons and it's a bad look for the business. I do not want to be affiliated with this scam & can't find any way of getting in touch with someone who can remove my business info from their books. Save around is a Scam!

      I have customers bring in coupons from SaveAround that we never participate or agree to any shape or from of discount. When we have a coupon like that we fell that we are obligated to redeem. This have cost us a lot due to your illegal coupons. Please contact us to resolve or I will will a legal complaint again you.

      Thank you for the update, we were not notified of a sale of business.  We can certainly process your agreement for cancellation and remove you from the upcoming 2025 programs.  The agreement does transfer with the sale of business, as you will see in the terms and conditions of the agreement that was forwarded to you and as such, the agreement is still valid.  As the agreement is valid and was valid at the time of the 2024 printing, the 2024 offers are printed and valid until December 31, 2024.  We will process your account for cancellation of 2025 programs.       I had a customer coming in with a digital coupon book from savearound for 50% off our food item. We did not register nor give consent to this company for any coupons or ads. We did not honor the coupon but we did give the customer a discount as we felt bad. This is very decietful, as us at ******** *** **** never heard of or interact with such company. It also makes us look bad as a business. I see savearound replying to other customer.. please reply to us.

      All our merchants sign agreements to participate in our programs. We do not print any merchant coupon without such an agreement in place.  In this instance, ********* *** **** was signed into the program by an individual who represented themselves as the assistant manager.  I have attached the agreement for your reference.  Annually, courtesy proofs are sent to the merchant email address on file.  If a merchant no longer wishes to participate in our programs, they simply need to send in their cancellation request as stated within the terms of the agreement.  We must have that request in writing to protect all parties involved.

      I actually ran a school fundraiser with save around. Lucy was our wrap and we sold the books in March and delivered all the books out to those who ordered. We sold 25 books only to find out that the people who ordered the books are having all of their coupons rejected because they are saying that they were never asked to participate in or gave permission for these fake coupons to be made. I reached out to the company to find out where the legal agreements are because ****** says they don’t participate and yet ******’s is on the savearound app. All of the occupants that are specific to your ZIP Code are not working and they will not be taken by vendors. We sold the books for $25 apiece and I feel like our customers got ripped off. Scam! The apps and coupon books are book being rejected. One company even wanted to know where the coupon books came from so they could reach out to the company and then report them.

      All merchants that participate in our programs do sign legal agreements to do so.  Those agreements are between the merchant and us, we can not share the agreement with the public as they are proprietary.  If there is an issue with one merchant as stated in this complaint, we would ask the complainant to contact us and advise us of the issue and include the full address, time and day and the coupon they are attempting to use.  Some coupons have restrictions and can only be used at certain times. This individual, although they did do a group fundraiser with a rep, did not contact the rep to advise of any issue.  As we are just learning of this issue with this complaint we do ask to advise of us of the full details surrounding this claim. We need further information before we can proceed as the book this particular group sold were our National coupon books.  We do not have a ******'s coupon listed in our National edition.  You can see the merchants in our national edition by going to this link - *********************************************** and viewing the book.

      Hello. In or around October 2023 I ordered 3 2024 savearound books. I received 3 2023 books. Thinking this was a simple error, I emailed savearound and asked for the correct ones. They did not respond. These books expire at the end of 2023. They have no value to me. Please send me the correct books. 3 2024 books.

      Unfortunately, we do not have an order, nor any communication from ******** **********. We do have however, an order for ********* ********** at the same address listed as the complainant.  However, we have not received any communication from ******** **********.  Assuming this is the order in question, upon review, we find ********* placed an order for 3 2023 Greater Milwaukee SaveAround Coupon Books on September 12, 2023.  As you can see in the attached documents an order confirmation is sent detailing the items ordered - 3, 2023 books.  Upon shipping another email confirmation is sent again detailing what is included in the shipment - 3, 2023 books. As that is what ********* ordered, that is what she was shipped.  As we do completely understand how she may have placed an order for the wrong item, we would be happy to exchange the 2023 books for 2024 books.  Simply return the unused 2023 books to us along with your receipt and state you are asking for an exchange and we process that request for you. Thank you.

My wife ********* did place the order. I will pack up and mail in the 3 books. They do have a few coupons taken out of them.       I was sold a save around coupon book, and the coupons aren’t accepted at the businesses in the book. I feel as though I have been scammed and would like a refund for my unused book.

      We are sorry to hear the customer is not happy with the coupon book.  If the customer were to contact us directly, we would tell her to simply send her unused book back to us for a full refund.
