    This process server is not only incompetent but also dishonest. There is no means of contacting them directly as no one takes phone calls. They simply communicate back to you without giving any means of engaging directly. They demand payment upfront for service that is not effected and fail to heed deadlines that are stated at the beginning of the job. They are so cavalier as to refuse all communication with regard to paid for jobs and fail to meet expected, KNOWN deadlines. Their rates are outrageous and this outfit should be avoided by any and all business people who hold their reputations dear because they will screw up even the most simple service job and take your money while doing nothing. TOTALLY DISREPUTABLE OUTFIT with no means of contacting them directly.
