    Had the water mitigation team come out to assess a leak in the basement. They stated that the cause was due to a sump pump malfunction. Technician came out and "fixed" the issue stating that the pump was working fine and just needed a minor adjustment. A week after having the company come out to dry the basement the issue arose again. Company is attempting to charge me extra to finish the work they did complete the first time around. They then claimed to only have a 1-day warranty for repairs. This border the lines of insurance fraud.

    The consumer reached out to us to receive service, so that can reach out to us regarding this issue.  We are not with the BBB and I believe we do not have to answer to you.
