5 starsWow what a complete difference in professional service from Generation GMC in ******** compared from King ******** in *********. ****************** is amazing. They send you a video from the mechanic going over all the concerns that you have any what they found. I was constantly being told my oul leak was a ****. Thanks to Generation GMC they took the time to find the real cause and it's going to take a week to fix. Thank God had the issues at King ******** otherwise I wouldn't have found an amazing dealership. Especially Thanks to ***** for keeping me updated.Review fromLinda P

1 star2 times , HORRIBLE experience with this dealership! They take you for everything! They lie to you and only want your money! Their service department is horrendous and they lie! We contacted corporate *** and know that for sure! We purchased a car Sorrento from them, they lied about keys supplied and finally fessed up with a second key. We had to buy an additional warranty from them. We never returned ( and bought in Aug. 2020, and went to ************* and paid for service even though oil changes and inspections were for free at Generation, because we were not disrespected or taken for our money! ), unfortunately we had to return for a windshield wiper engine replacement ( because it was covered under the warranty) , but they took us for almost $600 more as they once again lied to us what was needed! Please , beware! They charged us for break fluid flush that they said was required ( it was not as we checked later with *** corporate) . They owe us!Review fromKaren L

1 starGeneration Kia is now or in combination with Generation Buick. If you think all dealerships are the same, think again. This one has awful service and is dishonest! My experience was terrible but it could have been fixed however they have no interest in treating customers with respect. I purchased a vehicle with ****** the day after Christmas. I wanted specific things which doesn't come standard on the Envista. He said we would have to order and that it would be 6 to 8 weeks to receive. I left $1000 deposit and walked out a happy lady. At the end of week 6 I sent an e-mail to ****** to check on status. I sent it on a Tuesday and by Thursday same time I still hadn't heard back from him. I'll give him a call. He proceeds to tell me it has changed to 4 to 6 months AND that he didn't even place the order yet. How could that be?! ****** apologized for the "miscommunication". We spoke about alternative options, he had to run something past his manager and would call me back. Two hours later he still hadn't called me back. I had to call the dealership to speak to a manager due to this severe delay. After about 10 minutes **** came to the phone. I re-told the situation once again and asked him what my options were. Basically, I had to decide if I would take a car with packages I didn't want with a higher price or wait 4 to 6 months for the packages I wanted. What we are talking about here is an Envista basic model with a remote start and two toned wheels. I asked **** if there was any way to expedite a new order. He repeats 4 to 6 months for manufacture. Wow. Why is it so different from December when ****** told me that it was 6 to 8 weeks? Turns out the miscommunication was that ****** just didnt know or lied to me to get a sale. I received no apology for this mistake or how it was handled. I was given no appropriate solutions or the intent to make it right. My review is too long for this website. This is only scratching the surface of the unprofessionalism I experienced.Review fromChris O

1 starSo where do i start... I was promised a position that i was getting paid for. That i left a good union job for because of the extra money. Thats where i messed up and screwed myself. ****** learned. Come to find out that when you get hired in this place for one position that really isnt paying enough by any means they expect you to do 3-4 other peoples jobs because they cant retain any employees there. Just in the 3 months i was there they went through countless amounts of people for various positions and none lasted. Mainly becuase the owner and "higher **** are absolute hot heads and they fire you if you breathe or blink the wrong way. I was hired as a delivery driver. Come to find out i also had to work in the warehouse, work on the counter occasionally, and drive around doing yet another persons job of trying to build up their business and not get compensated for it. The fact that i had to fight tooth and nail for an extra 2 whole dollars an hour for the amount of work i was doing is crazy to me. Then come to find out they have garbage insurance coverage when i was told it was really good coverage. Went from paying 55$ a pay check to well over 100$ a check. Which made me lose even more money. So that extra 2 bucks an hr went in the trash and the insurance doesnt cover anything good.So my recommendation if you would like a job for a month or two go there. Just know they will can you the day after your two months are up, probably because you blinked the wrong way. And all of the "higher **** just think its hilarious. To be honest i have no idea how they find it funny at all that they cant keep an employee for more then a few months. They either get fired for no reason at all or they leave because of the place is terrible to work for So if you do happen to get hired there decline it and run. No one lasts.Review fromRoman D.

1 starAfter buying two cars from them, I came to realized they sold me one that had a reported accident that they didn't disclose to me. They even try to buy my car back for 6k less than what i payed them 7-8 months back. This place is an absolute joke. Easily one of the worst dealers on Long Island.Review fromMarilyn U

1 starBought a used truck from them. And it has been nothing but a hassle. There is something wrong with the truck. They can't seem to fix it sent me over to *****. ***** diagnostic. Kia said they fixed it. However now I have something else wrong. I go back to Kia. Do not have an appointment. But they had had my car for 6 days. And when I returned on the 7th day with my cuz something is wrong You tell me I have to wait at least 4 hours because they have people in front of me.. I bought the car 15 days I am definitely not happy with their service ago. There are no hurry to do anything they are busier than they can handle.Review fromDaniel T

1 starLeased a brand new 2021 ******************* in August 2021. Less then a year later, it has been serviced now two different times at the *********** in Long Island, **, the first time without the car for 2-3 weeks, this time a week counting. The first time the *********** said it was the electrical unit system and the part had to be imported from ***********. This time around, it's yet again something wrong with the electrical unit and there are no loaner cars available. ***** suggestion is to rent a car at $35 a day which they will reimburse with no timetable for a permanent solution while I'm paying $592 a month for a lease with no car. The *********** location unfortunately does not seem trained in fixing such issues and has to be in contact with the engineers in *********** by taking photos and receiving their feedback. I know this is no fault to them and is a major training issue with **** When calling *** corporate we received a case number and never got a callback. We called again and were told this conversation is over after it got heated with no resolution and no suggestions from their end. I understand that new is not new anymore, but the car has 16K miles on it and crapped out twice in a year. Would not recommend a *** hybrid based on my experience with the car and customer service. 2 hour wait by the way to get in contact with *** corporate is insane!
