    **** defner is absolutely atrocious and tries to intimidate tenants. Ive been here for years and can never get repairs. They dont answer the phone or show up to make repairs. Ive been living in squaller and at my wits end decided to withhold rent and notify the landlord **** defner as to why and was threatened with eviction in return. Mold, lead, peeling paints, roaches, mice, bed bugs in laundry room. Do not move here. All their good reviews are fake and done by the company themself.

    If I could could less Stars I would. HORRIBLE BLDG Ive been here for a little now and watched it go from worse to the beyond. The bugs, rats and people are disrespectful. The bldg ********** and employees do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. they constantly loose your rent. They add money on without notice. The shut off water with out notice. Shut of heat and hot water during winter months without notice. They NEVER ANSWER CALLS. Forget about email. The bldg is dirty and smells horrible. This is not projects. We pay high rent living the *********. They parking is already limited. They make it worse twice a week and take up numerous parking spots with garbage. U can NEVER speak with **********. They are always busy and dnt return calls. Everything about the bathroom in the below comment is true. They use extremely cheap paint that dries as soon as it applies and start to strip in about a month. The walls peel. The windows are horrible and release air. Its freezing in here in the winter. only thing good about this apartment is the location. Everything close by. DONT COME HERE

    I am currently living in unhealthy and unsafe circumstances. Have lead and paint all over my apartment and have been inhaling those fumes for 3 months now as I recover from chemical wounds and back trauma. My doctor wrote a letter requesting modifications to my bathtub since October and I am still waiting for that. I have fallen in my apartment multiple times and they still have not finished basic repairs and or adjusted my tub. This company is very good at the political answers however they DO NOT CARE about the buildings that they manage let alone the tenants that live in their property. I have mentioned multiple times that I cannot clean up after them everyday and I had to install myself a towel bar to be able to bathe everyday. They are non responsive to emails and phone calls and you constantly have to submit the same paperwork and or chase them down like an animal in order to get a vague response that you will not understand unless you have worked for a property manager and or have been behind the scenes. This is unacceptable and I do not recommend this establishment for healthy and safe living.

    I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the property management services provided by Metropolitan Property Services **** Over the past 3 years, my family and I have been dealing with a persistent bedbug infestation in our apartment, and the response from Metropolitan Property Services has been less than satisfactory.Despite repeated pleas and the serious nature of the problem, we have seen no effective action taken to fully address and resolve the issue. What we have instead experienced is an ongoing cycle of ineffective treatments and unfulfilled promises that have left us enduring sleepless nights and physical discomfort due to the unrelenting presence of bedbugs.Metropolitan Property Services **** has exhibited a blatant disregard for our wellbeing, offering only temporary solutions that fail to address the root of the issue. We have had to deal with not only the pests themselves but also the stress and frustration that come with ineffective management.Furthermore, our requests for transparency and relevant information, such as service records from the extermination company, have been repeatedly ignored. This lack of communication has left us feeling helpless and neglected, exacerbating an already stressful situation.I strongly urge anyone considering property management services to think twice before engaging Metropolitan Property Services **** Dealing with a persistent pest infestation is challenging enough without the added burden of poor property management.I trust that this review will assist others in making more informed decisions and encourage Metropolitan Property Services **** to significantly improve their service quality and client communication.
