    11/15/2021 I brought my 1994 *** ****l to tecforce automotive after calling and setting up an appointment,on the phone I explained to them that I had ordered parts for my car because they were hard to find parts and I would like them to install them for me and that they wouldn't be able to find the parts themselves,they told me that's not a problem make an appointment and we will get that done for you. I brought my car to them for my appointment and after having my car they said they couldn't use my parts and went and ordered their own, they ordered the wrong parts and installed them and then used the specialty parts I provided for my exact model of the car, instead of using all of my parts they they ordered 8 other parts which I already provided and didn't fix any of the other problems I provided the parts for, they had my car for a total of 5 weeks and did about 2 days worth of work on it and put around 50 or so miles on my car and when it was returned the rear differential was blown and had paint missing on the quarter panel and missing a piece of door trim which the single peice costs $75 plus an extra cost for the clips that were broken, I called spoke with the owner Tom and he wanted to look at the car himself so I brought it down like he said and the shop manager Ben told me Tom didn't need to see my car dispite Tom's request for me to bring it down. They drove the car with no rear differential fluid in it and subsequently blew the rear differential(around $1500-2300 for replacement due to The fact they discontinued the parts needed) nothing was resolved they didn't even have the tools to fill the rear differential so they drove it dry. I was charged $1316.48 and my repair costs after getting my car back from them is almost double I have been ripped off and they ruined a classic car
