      We purchased tickets to a Yankees game for June 7 while we were on vacation in ************* from ********. The game was postponed due to air quality/wildfire smoke. We were told we could not exchange our tickets for the following day's double header (when they were playing the makeup game), so we had to purchase another set of tickets in order to see the game (it was our 30th Major League Ballpark, and we planned our entire trip around seeing a game at **************!). Per their raincheck policy, we would have to wait 7 days, then exchange for a different game, and then we could try to sell the tickets since we do not live anywhere near ********. It has now been 9 days, and I've attempted to contact them multiple times via phone, chat, email and ********* No response is ever received. The website they direct you to does not offer an option to exchange (its greyed out on my phone, and has a "no" symbol on my laptop). I believe they should have exchanged our tickets in the first place for the June 8th game, second best scenario would be to refund for the June 7 game after we bought additional tickets for June 8. But I was willing to go along with their standard policy (even if it does take advantage of the customer) to exchange for another game and resell (probably at a loss), but they don't even allow you to do that! And you can't get ahold of anyone! I feel like they have taken advantage of us in every way.

      I was sick for a while since that day (6/7/23) when the air quality in *** was the absolute worst in the world and the reason for this complaint & how the Yankees and other parties involved that advertised these special organizational tickets from ***** Girls Who Walk" (CGWW) and ******** Ballpark, which claimed at one point that they are the direct ticket vendor of the Yankees, yet when I inquired about a refund to *********** they told me I needed to contact the Yankees. All parties involved have simply refuse to give me my money back, including CGWW founder, ***********************. But most parties told me that the Yankees themselves are responsible to refund me, all involved have given me conflicting info. I had bought one ticket for myself to join other CGWW members to watch the Yankees vs. the ***************** on May 16. This would have been my very first time going to the Yankees Stadium & had only intentions to go to the game on this date (6/7) to network & for the experience. I have been very sick & even not been able to make the 6/8 game at 4:05 PM that the Yankees did not cancel when the air quality then was still pretty bad then. I was even told to sell my ticket at the time but they refused me even that. I have proof from my doctor I should get a refund because I was sick w/my asthma & advised by *** to stay indoors but that the Yankees/MLB have taken away access to my ticket & still can't find it, even though their instructions via, while continuing to say they refuse to refund me & that I can use the ticket for another time, that does not involve CGWW, even though ******* from the organization says we would be rescheduled to the 7/5 game that I most likely will not be able to make. I called the Yankees twice on 6/7 when they did not make a decision at the time to postpone/cancel that evening's game & still have not actually called me back. I just want my money back. This is not right or fair. I am providing all the evidence I need for this case. Thank you.

      I purchased three tickets for a day game for June 11. Without any notification or option to get vouchers or refund, the game time was changed to a night game. We live 2 hours from the stadium, my daughter has school finals the next day and I work early. I would like vouchers for 3 tickets for which I can choose the date as I work every other weekend.

      I purchased 7 tickets for the 6/11 afternoon game that was subsequently changed to a nighttime game. I called Ticketmaster to change the tickets to another day game and was told the ** Yankees do not allow refunds. My family intended to celebrate my father's 70th birthday at the game and my 4 year old daughter, who is deaf, can not attend a night game due to "listening fatigue" she experiences at the end of the day as she uses cochlear implants to hear. I have left a voice message and an email message daily for 4 days with the disabled services office at the Yankees and have received no response. I have also emailed their Ticket Services daily over the past 3 days with no response. I have also left a message with their ***** Services daily for the past 3 days and received no call back. I am extremely frustrated by how difficult it is to reach any type of representative of the team.

      I purchased 12 game season tickets to ** Yankees. Ive done this in the pass and any time Ive called, Text, or email I have always gotten a response immediately. This year Ive reached out to my representative who I left messages with but never bothered to call. I called again and he finally picked up and said oh I left a note to call you back but he never did. After that I called regarding to switch my seat and change date of game but of course he returned my call on that same game I was looking to switch. Now Ive emailed him called and reached out to the Yankees its almost 2 weeks and I have yet to hear from anyone from the ** Yankees.

      Elected to renew my season ticket membership with NY Yankees in 2021.Made a payment of $5,264.00 on March 17, 2021.Was unable to select or attend any games for that season as the Covid pandemic was in full swing. Subsequently no agreement or no games were selected. I did not purchase a full ticket season, I purchased a 13 game package option whereby the ** Yankees will send several options to choose from (a mix of games). I did not get to choose and did not select any option as the Covid pandemic was scary. For the past year and a half I have been communicating with several Yankees sales reps but to no avail. They offered me a partial refund of $2,113.00 but not the full $5,264.00. I am a Yankees fan and will like to continue my participation with them but i need the full credit of $5,264.00.

      Three years ago i purchased tickets and repeatedly have asked them since they to stop emailing calling me. They email directly from someone in their retention department. There's no Unsubscribe button. And when i ask them to stop they just give it to another person to email me instead. If i block them, then someone else will email me instead. This has been going on for 3 years. How do i get them to stop calling and emailing me? This is the latest person to email me. **********************************

      I am a member of YANKEES UNIVERSE ********* of Yankees) of the 2022 season but I could not receive ANY member's benefit despite I have paid $59.95 for the membership. I have been sending emails to Yankees Universe and Yankees's customer service, but they did anything. So I need your help. My membership is called "Rookie Membership" which includes yankees T-shirt and 2 ticket for the 2022 home game. They charged $59.95 by Mastercard on April 1st. I understand that I have to give up my ticket because I could not get to US this year. But I think I still have a right to receive my T-shirt. Before COVID19, they sent me benefits before the season started. But this year, they sent me anything by June so I asked about the situation by email. After several emails and phone calls, they clarified that they have a problem about benefits and will start sending them after August. So I waited. But nothing has come to me.My last email for inquiry to them was on November 14, but had no reply.(I attached the prints of emails.)I believe that they have to send me my T-shirt at least. If they can't, I need refund or free membership renewal for 2023 season because I could not received ANY benefit for this season.

      My colleague ad I went to ************** specifically for the ***** and **** talking Bobblehead night. He went through a Gate where they had Bobbleheads and my Gate had none left. Other people came after me through the other Gate and got Boobleheads. So I was within the first ****** people and should have gotten as advertised. They would not allow me to get from the Gate next to me( which still had) when I was scanned in. Security was very rude and customer service was of no help saying once they are out at a Gate thats it. Out of luck. I was very disappointed as I saved up to go to this game. My colleague felt bad and gave me one of his which he didnt have to do. Unfortunately it did not work- no audio. I even invested in new batteries which did not help. The point is that I should have gotten two Boobleheads as my wife and I were there in time and had two tickets. I took a post game survey and called customer service several times leaving messages that were not returned. All I want is one working Booblehead or information as to how to get the one that I have repaired. I know I could buy one on E-Bay but I should not have to. Thank you if you can help.

      To Whom It May ******** we paid a lot of money for ****** 4 tickets, not to mention parking (*****) , for the game tonight. How can you run out of food by the end of 4th inning, beginning of 5th, on the 400 level? I have never seen such horrible customer service, as I experienced with my family tonight! Also, no one takes cash anymore, and you have to put money on a card? We came to enjoy a game, and get there, and you run out of food? Whoever does your ordering should find another job! I NEVER complain, but this was horrible! This is how you treat your fans? I want my money back!! I will make sure that my family never comes there again! Thank you for the worst experience, ever! Oh, and we drove from ************, which made it even more horrible! ************************* ************

      We thank **************** for bringing this complaint to our attention.  However, upon investigating her complaint, we learned that she purchased 4 tickets with her **** card in Section 425, Row 7, Seats 19 22 at a total cost of $244.26.  Also, according to the Stadiums concessionaire (Legends Hospitality), food was not sold out on the 400 Level of the Stadium at any point during the game on 08/23/22.  Lastly, the Stadium has been cashless since 2021 and, to assist fans (including **************** if her **** card was unavailable for purchases), there are convenient reverse ATMs in the Stadium that issue no fee reloadable debit cards that can be loaded with as little as $1.00 and used for purchases outside the Stadium.  Thus,while we regret that **************** did not enjoy herself at the game, we must respectfully decline her request for a refund based on the ample conveniences and food offerings at the Stadium during the game.

The lines were ridiculous, and when we got to the front of the line there was no more food.. This is very bad and poor customer service, and the 2nd time that this has happened to me at this stadium.
