5 stars**** was super helpful every step along the way. His response time was faster than speed of light that I never noticed the 3 hours time difference since I am based in **. Moreover, he was meticulous in making sure that both delivery time and pickup time was exactly within the window I provided. Since I needed my car almost to the last second before I moved to FL, **** so able to accommodate. Furthermore, I was so pleasantly surprised that the driver delivered my car from CA to FL, or 2500 miles in about 2.5 days. It's almost as if the driver was driving on the ****** autobahn with no speed limit. Last but not the least, his pricing was so reasonable that it was meaningfully lower than the other service providers I checked with. Overall, I would highly recommend Sanway Auto for their amazing customer service, as well as unbeatable pricing.Review fromAndrea M

5 starsI am so glad I chose to do my business with Sanway Auto Transport Inc. I had been shopping around for an auto transport company and ran into sketchy issues about payment and booking, especially with the big chain transport companies, i.e., RoadRunner Auto Transport. I found this company through the Better Business Bureau with great reviews along with ******* Yelp, and TrustPilot. As with any big purchases that are done online, I was skeptical about the process, but the moment I spoke with the representative, ****, he made me feel at ease from start to finish. He was very accommodating to my needs, very responsive through calls/texts, and answered all my detailed questions. **** never once rushed me throughout the process. I never felt worried or anxious about what I was getting myself into. He made sure I was informed to the fullest and let me know me know when there were any immediate changes. I was never left wondering about any issues. As a customer, that reassurance was crucial because I was getting my car transported from Virginia to **********. The driver, *****************************, was very professional, kind, and accommodating to the vehicle delivery. I was able to get my vehicle delivered closer than expected, so that was a major plus. Overall, for anyone looking to go with an auto transport company I highly recommend Sanway Auto Transport Inc. a thousand times because **** will work with you very comprehensively. **** makes the process so seamless. 5 starsThe driver was very polite. Called me when he was 2 hours away, delivered my cars to me in their perfect condition. He was just politely calm.
