    I purchased a box of hair dye and when I got home and mixed it, it was not the color indicated on the box. I attempted to exchange the product and the owner refused.

    Hello,

    The color dye kit comes with everything. Also all kits are sealed items. The black color dye that comes with the kit is the correct dye. On the box and on the direction paper, you will see that the items are correct. The liquid solution can be visually lighter but you will see the results when you finish. There are directions on the box and they have also provided direction paper that you will have to follow or you will not get the results. Furthermore, we would have exchanged the product for you however you already used the color dye and if you look at the receipt, you will see the return/exchange policy stated on the bottom.
