In may i went To the phone store to get the back of my phone fixed. They said it would take 3 hours, when i went back 4 hours later they said 2 more hours so 2 hours later i go And my phones back wasnt glued down all the way and the camera was completely scrapped and peeled off. The guy saw it and looked then handed it to me. I took It and saw the issue and told him about it. He said yea he noticed that but theyre about to close to come back another day and h*** order a new back for my phone. I already didnt want to go back because my phone looked more broken than before. After a week or two i brought it back to get fixed and when i brought It be claimed the back part he ordered came in broken. Now Im with a very broken phone whos back and battery is completely exposed because they didnt glue it all the way down and he admitted that. He said give him another week or two and h*** fix it. After the second time going when i got my phone a message popped up saying my battery wasnt a real iPhone battery so i called And asked if he took my battery he said no thats normal and the message will go away. I called Apple they said he switched the battery. I called Him back to let him know my phone wasnt charging cause the battery isnt a real iPhone battery and he said itll be fine. My phone Took water damage from the rain cause the back want glued down right. He finally reimbursed be 100 dollars but my phone is completely broken and unusable. I dont Know what to do cause every time i ask For my battery they just laugh and thats it. I want at least 900 dollars to replace my phone.
