    Stopped payment on 2 money orders one for $650and one for $675 total $1325.Paid the $15 fee for each money order 7/25/22. It is now 10/21/22 and still waiting on my refund. I've been calling since July and have been getting the run around. On 10/12/22 **************** called my home and stated a refund check was being sent out and I should receive it 10/19/22. On 10/21/22 when I called back, I was told they see in their system a refund check was sent out on 9/7/22. I stated when I called on 9/23/22 thats the same thing I was told, which I stated i never received. Which is why on 10/12/22 when **************** called me to say everything was straightened out and ill have my money by 10/19/22. Since 7/25/22 I've called on 8/29/22, 9/9/22, 9/23/22, 10/11/22, and yet again on 10/21/22. Every time I call no one seems to know whats going on and tells me to start the whole process over again. Which is the money order department will contact me within 24=48 hours. Once they can verify the check they supposedly sent out wasn't cashed, they will issue a new check which will take 7=14 days for me to receive. I asked why can't I go to the location i originally purchased the money orders from,and just reissue 2 new ones as my refund. They stated they don't/can't do that. It shouldn't take almost 4 months to receive a refund.
