On 9/18/2023, I made a purchase of 10 comic books for a total of $55.90. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the items I ordered, and despite numerous attempts to reach out, I have not received any responses regarding the status of my order. I have made over a dozen attempts to communicate through various channels, including email, voicemail, and website forms, and have not received a single reply. In an effort to address this issue, I have initiated a complaint via PayPal, but even through this official channel, I have not received any responses. It is my firm belief that this company is engaged in fraudulent activities, knowingly taking advantage of customers by withholding their orders and payments.Initial Complaint

Placed my order on 22th november 2020 through their website comicxposure.com, order #*****, value $246.92 and $22.80 shipping, which makes a total of $269.72. Never heard from them again. No response to any of my many E-Mails or my requests on the customer support on their website or on social media, while they have time to offer more stuff on their website and social media like instagram and whatnot all day. Depending on pages like trustpilot or ******** groups like "victims of comicxposure" it's obviously their usage.Customer response

On November 27. 2022 I placed an online order for 6 comic books through the ComicXposure website. The total came to $144.10 and I was charged. The website does say the order is unfulfilled. I have tried to contact them through phone calls which were transferred to a mailbox with a strange title. Messages were left and not returned. I have tried to contact them by email directly on their site with no response. I have tried to chat with them on their website with no reply.Customer response

I placed dozens of orders over the last 4 years and while many have arrived and been arriving, all the orders below are still missing and now the Comicxposure people are ignoring me. I didn't contact you sooner because other orders were coming and I have been told to "wait" and "they will help" and to contact by phone or ******** or email... I placed an order on July of 2022. A shipping label was created in November of 2022. There has been no movement on the package nor has Comicxposure has responded to any of my attempts to communicate. I have tried multiple ways to contact them and just have been ignored.Customer response

This is my second attempt. I have 2 open orders with them that haven't been fulfilled in 2 years. I've called and emailed them many times, with no response.
