    On December 1, 2021 I made an good faith deposit deposit of $10k on a property which was up for sale in the Bronx. The seller's attorney, Patrick J. Wynne requested that I wire the funds to his business account and he'd hold it in escrow. After, several months of due diligence on this property the deal for various reasons outside of my control fell through on May 2, 2022. My attorney specifically put a financing contingency in the contract that the seller agreed to and signed. I was unable to obtain financing for the property which entitles me to my good faith deposit. Patrick J Wynne has evaded calls, emails and other attempts of contact in order for me to retrieve my ******* money deposit. Patrick's receptionist has promised on numerous occasions that I'd receive correspondence later that same day but no one has reached out to me or my attorney regarding our inquiries. After further research online it seems to be a pattern where another individual mentioned a similar incident with Patrick Wynne's office. This behavior is beyond unprofessional and my money needs to be returned immediately.

     This is a legal issue involving an escrow deposit in an  attorney **** account.  I am only authorized by law to release the funds when all parties agree or there is a Court Order.   The sellers are not agreeing to the release as they want to be reimbursed  for the time that it took  the buyer to obtain his mortgage.     I am waiting for my client to decide what to do.  If I am not authorized I will deposit the check with the Court and the parties can take it from there.  The buyers has all the remedies in law available to them.    Tell us why here...
