    I contacted the Ramos Appliance in regards to my stove. It needed a change of the the 4(four) burners and replacement of the rubber tube inside the oven. Prior to paying them I sent them pictures of the stove and areas that needed repair. On March 15th, 2022 the worker came. He was paid $145. He left and he did not repair the stove properly. The rubber inside the oven is hanging off. Con ****** did not pass or approve the stove for usage. Con ****** therefore did NOT TURN ON MY GAS TO THE ***** BECAUSE THE FAULTY RUBBER THAT RAMOS APPLIANCE INSTALLED WAS DEEMED A " FIRE HAZARD". I have called numerous times, left numerous messages and even went to the store location and spoke to the owner. There has been NO RESPONSE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! They are extremely unprofessional, disorganized, and shady. I do not wish to ever do business with them!
