BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. SCAMMER ALERT. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. If you are deciding between moving companies, please go with the other one. I don't have my furniture, I am at a huge loss in terms of time and money. They charged me $3,500 more than our agreed upon price. Not only that, but I also had to call the police because one of their workers threatened us with a box knife. The police confiscated their knife. Ultimately, they took our items back and are holding them hostage. I would rather lose all my furniture than deal with this company. Not only are they just woefully unprofessional, they are also reckless, dangerous, and fraudulent.Review from Deanna S

I don't often write reviews, but I've rarely had this negative of an experience with a company. Terrible company - they will quote you a low price up front, knowing full well that there will be a multitude of additional fees. The sales person did not include items that I listed out on the original quote to keep the price low and lock in at that price. The actual price more than doubled. And on top of this they charged $600 extra for "shuttle service" as they said they couldn't pull over on a country road. They purposefully quote you low, lock you in and then the week of your move add additional charges when you have no options to go with other companies. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Will be reporting their practices to the Better Business Bureau - they should be up front in their costing. Luckily I have the funds to cover this, however for many this would be devastating and not possible to pay - going from 3.7K to almost 8K for the move. It is criminal the way they are running their business and the lack of transparent pricing. I would give 0 stars if that were an option. I will also be filing a complaint (which it looks like there are 14 already filed). Someone should investigate this business and shut them down.
