Absolutely horrible experience.i went in there for a used *** 330i. It was made very clear as soon as i walked in that was the car that i was interested in and i was already pre-approved. The sales *** ******** waited until about an hour and half later to tell me that the car wasn't available due to transmission issues. After letting ****** know that i was no longer interested in any other vehicles due to the dishonesty, he then told me that he'd work out the pricing for another car that was similar. During that time my wife had to use the bathroom and as she was walking out of the bathroom another sales *** began screaming derogatory slurs to her which caused me to leave without notice. After leaving i went to another car dealership to see if i can get the car i wanted. At that dealership i came to learn that Victory Mitsubishi ran my credit over TWENTY TIMES which caused my credit to decrease by over 60 points. If i could give this place 0 stars i for sure would, this place is GARBAGE

On 7/20/2024 I went I to a car dealership in the Bronx, NY Victory Mitsubishi to look at and purchase a vehicle. I was greeted by ***********************. He took my information then showed me a few vehicles. I settled on purchasing a black 2021 **** Q8 premium plus . Before siging the purchase order papers I noticed that the vehicles tires were all bald with no threads and only one key fob was available. I told this to ******. He assured me he would take care of it an let his managers ****** and **** now to get new tires and the second key fob for me. So I gave the Manager ****** $8,000 as a down payment and sign the necessary for the vehicle. A few days after being at home with the vehicle I tried to call both ****** and the managers to get an update on my new tires and key fob but could not reach them I left many messages, emails and text but now one returned my calls or messages. I just need to get my 4 new tires and second key fob for the vehicle thank you.

I financed a vehicle from victory Mitsubishi December 1st of 2023. Soon as I got the vehicle the breaks were bad and the car was making a lot of strange noise I contacted them they fixed my breaks and rotors free of charge in march 2024. About a month later my car is still making noise they continue to say its my breaks getting broke in. Now fast ***************** very beginning my AC is blowing warm air but the cold air will work occasionally. I go to a dealership they charge it works for two days and stops. They say it is a compressor issue so I go to a local ****** dealership they say its a condenser issue now and that is was caused to break in an accident. In the entire 7 months Ive had my vehicle Ive gotten into 0 accidents so why should I have to pay to fix an issue that Came with the vehicle. I live in ** so I didnt need to use my air conditioner until recently but I know for a 100% this is their fault.

Yes, they are stating they are not obligated to do maintenance on the house which is absolutely True but considering the fact they sold me a vehicle with MULTIPLE issues already that is a complete scam and should be on the house. Like I stated and multiple people have came to the conclusion this vehicle had physical damage internally since Ive purchased it . But if theyd like we can take this matter to the courts instead and handle it there.

On May 11th, 2024, I visited Victory Mitsubishi to buy a 2018 *********** Accord. I was informed that the car was no longer available due to high mileage and they were selling it for a higher price than the miles were on it. We finally settled on a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport ES, which was from what I saw as a $24,000 car. The sales person told me that they would need $1000 more to put down, so I put down $5,000 on the 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Also an insurance policy for $1800. Everything was all in cash the day I went to the dealership and they knew ahead of time. I then asked for copies of their documentation and was told they will be given to me at the end. After completing all paperwork, I still left the facility with no documentation of purchasing the car. The next day, I still had no paperwork for the car still. I was calling, leaving voicemails and being transferred to managers with no responses for weeks. I finally heard back from the salesperson three weeks later, and the broker is working on fixing the issue. A week later, I received a letter in the mail stating that my payment failed for ***** causing the insurance policy to be canceled again. I went into the dealership a few weeks after the sales person ran me in circles with no actual answers. I got into the dealership the first day for the sales manager to tell me he does not know where my alleged $1800 that I gave the salesman for my insurance is. On June 27th, I spoke to a man who introduced himself to me as the general manager named ****** *****, who apologized multiple times for the situation. He agreed to give me a check to compensate for my stole money and for the upcharge in payments I did not know of. I left the dealership with a check amounting to $2520. I am now stuck paying $700 a month for a car with no features, not knowing what my original loan agreement is, looking for my own insurance after paying someone else to do so and I dont know what my warranty actually consists of.

I am tired of getting baited back to the dealership and having to re-explain my story multiple times to multiple people and nothing I mean absolutely nothing gets done except me being ran around in more circles this is the document they sent me when I asked for all of my documents from the day I bought the car. I signed way more then one sheet of paper and I went over way more paper then what they are trying to say is all of my documentation.

I blocked my phone number when calling to make an appointment to see a vehicle advertised on CARFAX, Autotrader and the business own websites for $13,995 but was forced to provide an email address in order to see the car as I did not want to be bombarded by marketing calls. The dealership somehow circumvented my lack of providing my phone number, emailed, called and texted me.Drove over an hour one way, liked what I saw and wanted to purchase it.I was told the internet price was NOT the selling price and only applied to a financed purchase. My offer was for cash. The sales manager that left me waiting for over an hour finally came to advise the above after I told the sales person I was going to leave. First and foremost, I told the salesperson upfront my offer was a cash deal and NOWHERE in their advertising was it stated that the sales price was any different regardless of how it was being purchased. Contrarily, the following statement was noted on their site:*Disclaimer:There is a $175 doc fee applied to all vehicle sales regardless of the source of funds used to purchase the vehicle. All pricing and details are believed to be accurate, but we do not warrant or guarantee such accuracy. The selling price is the same REGARDLESS of the source of funds used for the purchase. The prices shown above, may vary from region to region, as will incentives, and are subject to change. All cars are sold cosmetically As-Is. Vehicle information is based off standard equipment and may vary from vehicle to vehicle. Call or email for complete vehicle specific information. Price does not including tax, title, license, destination charges, finance charges, or any reconditioning.Theres more but I didnt have room in this complaint.Clearly, it stated The price is the same regardless Of the source of funds. ************************************************************************************************************************* deceptive business practices! On August 26, 2023 I went in Victory Mitsubishi to purchase a car I was pre- approved for the car under $10,000 with a $4,000 down payment. They told me it was conditional approval the manager states that they offer a 3 month program for first time buyers and that I have to accept a brand new 2023 Mitsubishi outlander and I had to pay the payments on time for 90 days. I originally declined because I never heard of this program before but they brought over another sales person and they assured me that this is best option to get into the vehicle I initially wanted I finally agreed and they gave me the Mitsubishi outlander 2023.I went back 90 days later to return the car and they told me they have no idea what I am talking about and they lied and ruined my life and many others. Now I am homeless. This dealership also conducts bait and switch advertising which is unlawful

it is 90 days until the title arrives, to our understanding you chose to finance through Mitsubishi's captive and wanted alternative financing at a later date. That work is done on your own, and after you receive the title (within 90 days of purchase)

Hi My name is ********************* and I had purchased a car from Victory Mitsubishi March 9th, 2024. The purchase price of the car was $10,995 dollars. ******, the financial person wrote up my contract. I noticed that there were some discrepancies. I had text, called and emailed, ***** the sales person that took care of me, and ******* one of the managers, they refuse to get back to me and that when I had already spoken to ******* and we came up on an agreement the he would deduct the ***** dollars off the bill. He did not keep his word. Bili another manager, in which I had emailed him my concerns and he did not respond. ***** another manger in which I spoke too and he had me wait over an hour before *********************** manager came to speak with me. I express to him that according to *** **** from Capitol One, the purchase price of the car is NOT on the contract. ********* claims that they add fees to the purchase of the car. I asked him what extra fees its not listed in any box in the contract. They charged me 2, 999 dollars for an "ad" fee and another ***** dollars for service contract that I NEVER agreed upon and he stated none of the fees can be removed. I told him and showed him the Use Vehicle buyer Bill of rights and stated that they cannot do this add add ONS on the purchase of the car. He stated he was sorry and cannot remove the hidden charges! I couldn't believe it! I told him I wanted the general manager, contact information because I was going to file a complaint with him as he walked away. He came back and said, I will remove the ***** dollars off the bill. He said that he will have Ayah call me with the details the following day. Well, no one called me to confirm. I was freaking pist off! I called the dealership and the operator was putting me on hold and transferring me to a line that no one was picking up. Finally when someone did answered, her name *********, I told her I was ******* on by these guys and I don't want to speak with any of them. I want the name of the general manager so I can speak with him. She gave me his name and looked him up on ********* leaving him a message to please call me. and to this day, I am waiting for him to respond. I had called Capitol One with all of my concerns and may it clear to them that I will be paying my payment but that does NOT mean I agree with the contract. I just don't want my credit in bad standings. I faxed the ad of the car I purchased to Capitol One and asked them to help me with this. They have to be held accountable for their fraud. Because you see, if they admit they are in the wrong, they would have to pay Capitol One that money back and they will not do that. They prefer for me to pay for their greed.

You purchased the vehicle at the online price and purchased the warranty, if you'd like to cancel the warranty on a 81k mile vehicle please let us know. The average dealer would charge over $4,000 for this type of warranty, we charged $2,000. Cancel the warranty but please be aware that at this point in time there is no dealer coverage, manufacturer coverage, and now if you cancel the warranty you have no extended coverage. Just because we are a car dealer and if there is a misunderstanding, it does not automatically mean malicious intent. Entirely up to you as to how you want to proceed.
