      I ordered some mascara from amazing products picks a few months ago. I have just realized they have been trying to get $31.63 from my account multiple times a month every month since purchasing the mascara, and the mascara was only $19. I do not know how they were able to get the money this time and not any of the other times. But I want my money back! The mascara is trash to begin with and way over priced, and on top of trash mascara you steal from your customers. This is a horrible business I just want my money back.

      Bought a Christmas gift from this site in December of 2023, I just realized this company has been charging me $31.63 every month since then, I don't remember ever signing up for a subscrition service nor did I receive any products from them other than my initial purchase. When I called to cancel this subscription and get a refund I was told they can only issue 50% of one month's subscription. That means I lost $253.04 to this company for a subscription I never knew I signed up for nor received any emails about my subscription.

      Regarding your request for a refund, our customer service team offered 50% of one month's subscription fee in line with our refund policy.       I purchased (4) mascaras and an eyeliner from Las Cosmetics and somehow got charged ***** USD per month that I did not sign up for. I have never bought anything except the mascaras and an eyeliners from Lash Cosmetics thru Amazing Product Picks. I did NOT sign up or click any boxes that gave permission to charge my credit card on a monthly basis. I just bought mascara and an eyeliner on April 23rd, 2024... nothing else. I have been charged $***** USD each month now on May 25th, June 29th, July 28th and again on August 30th. I called the company yesterday to complain, and they only refunded (2) of the (4) charges. I had my friend go on their website and it says to click a box for free shipping and VIP service but in very small print it states its a monthly fee. I know I did NOT click the box. I didn't even get a proper confirmation of my order via email and had to email the company to have my order shipped. I know they added that VIP thing after! This company is a SCAM and I want my other (2) months refunded. They are rude and the mascara is not even great! I was informed that I did click the box and so I was basically **** out of luck and they would only refund (2) of the (4) payments! This company is a TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

      I saw a charge come through for August in the amount of $31.63. When I went back to look for more charges, there are a total of $177.29 I have been charged for WHAT?! I have ordered nothing & have nothing from this company. I need a refund immediately, please. Whats really messed up is most companies will send a bill or a receipt and the way you slide charges in there is completely unacceptable & should be illegal. I want a FULL refund please.

      It appears that these charges were related to a subscription you must have accidentally get enrolled in when you placed an order for our mascara last February.
      We understand that this is not intentional so, Ive gone ahead and canceled the subscription, so you will not receive any further charges.

      Additionally, we have refunded all charges related to the subscription.. The refund should appear in your account within the next 3-5 business days.

      THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They go by Lash Cosmetics. Once you buy the product, they keep your card information and randomly bill you for another amount. I paid $19.99 for a tube of mascara and they charged my card three times for $31.63 claiming I signed up for some VIP program. I never did nor did I receive any additional products. It showed up as "Amazing Product Picks" on my bank account, so I had no clue who they were or what they sold. There are 32 other cases filed with the better business bureau in the last 3 years. They only refunded the last charge. BUYER BEWARE!!!! ??????
