On 6/24/22, I made a purchase of makeup to the company Amazing Product Picks, which also goes by Very Amazing Products LLC. I never received the products that I ordered. I also never authorized a recurring to charge on my credit card, but monthly they kept charging my card and I never received any products at all from them. I ended up having a baby in July 2022 who had some health problems and was focusing on that, and I did not even notice the recurring charges until October of 2022. I tried emailing them and calling them, but the email wouldn't let me send and even when I try to email them now, it says mail delivery failed. You also cannot get ahold of them by phone. Somehow, the charges stopped in October of 2022. The charges totaled $183 as seen on my ******** account. I filed a complaint with ******** Card, but they said that the merchant actually responded to their claim and showed them that I did initially give them my CC info willingly and therefore ******** made me pay the charges, despite me not getting any products or authorizing a recurring charge. I would like my money back. I don't understand how ******** cannot refund me. ******** said that if I can show them documentation that a credit was due, then I could get the money back. But the company does not respond to me, so how would I even get this? The company definitely won't give me this. ******** then said to just contact the BBB. I cannot even find in my email a confirmation of the initial purchase.
