    MY CLAIM #PPE468090 with Prime Protect. Prime Protect has had my truck put in a transmission shop 6/12/2024 to replace transmission for 2 months with no results. Prime Protect has not contacted the transmission shop till I called last week-8/5/2024 and told Prime Protect I was contacting FTC/Washington State Att. General. Prime protect has not called me after that and I have called multiple times to find out why my Truck has not had thetransmission replaced/repaired and has keep me on waiting for all most an hour and then hung up on me without calling back. I can not recommend this company as they do not respond to the customers. Very poor conmuication skills! I have been without my truck for too long!This is terrible business practices!
