      Beware !!! Horrible experience we send our belongings from ** to ** on May 16 2022 and over 8 months later nothing has been delivered. Is Almost February 2023 to many lies from them no answer or calls back, it’s seems that they don’t pay their dues to be able to pick their cargo and deliver our goods. do not believe them, specially their management they get mad and treat you in an unfriendly manner when confronted with this. 8 months closed to 9 and counting un real!,, they merge or seem to be working with ***** ****** either way this is borderline criminal in my opinion, are they broke? There are many many ! other customers having the same situation for the last 8 to 9 months the government from ****** **** needs to penalize, criminalize and hold them accountable for this even if that includes penalties fees to them. How many seniors, kids, sick persons or professionals relocating are been affected how bad this looks for investor thinking about moving to ****** ****. They should be penalize at the US region too for their unethical practices because they as a company specially at the management levels knows or should know about this and haven’t fix it yet.

      La Flor De Mayo Express, **** located in ********, did not give ******************************* an estimate, nor did we receive payment to pick up his household goods. Another company, ************, owned by *************************, we believe was the company ******************************* contracted. ****************** opened a corporation in *********** called La *********************** PR Express, without authorization from us. Since we closed our corporation in *********** in 2009, called La Flor De Mayo Express, **** PR, and we no longer exist there, it is our understanding that he is in the right to do so. Our La Flor De Mayo Express, **** ** was never contracted by ******************************* and we never had possession of his property. We have not merged with ************ and La Flor De Mayo Express, **** ** has nothing to do with ************ or ************************************** PR Express, **** The contact person at ***** Moving/************************************** PR Express is ************************* and the phone number is ************.       Very interesting, since I do have an invoice receipt with payment, logo with name, phones and email, you are saying someone is using your old company info to do business? Portraying themselves as what it used to be your company? I can post online my receipt if needed, but I am already in communication with *********************** (tax and revenue of ***********) and some other agencies. Few complaints here in *********** going on. That means that as a responsible business person you did a report to the authorities because what you are saying is that you closed the company and some else is doing business with your old business identity or name? The numbers I call on the invoices for the Florida location and the emails, somehow, were created to target possible customers? If that is the case, I do have the invoice and I will love to help the authorities and show it to them, maybe they can find these persons or person. Can you be kind enough and provide me with an address, phone and what it used to be your ***** number to be forwarded along these communications to the authorities?Thank you.
