    Date of fraud 01/21/2025 and transaction, I was overcharged $524.16 for services I specifically requested and asked not to be performed. I asked for a simple transmission oil change. Three times I told the service advisor-********* *****/2029 W "I did not want a high pressurized flush of transmission" as my car did not need it. I just wanted a simple oil change of transmission. The next day while filing the paper I realized the fraud and called and spoke to a Supervisor, who after hearing my complaint put me on hold and transferred me to *** ***** who did the same dance as the day before by telling me he gave me a discount. I got upset and asked to speak to the supervisor. He then transferred me to the operator who told me the supervisor was not available but that I could leave a message, I told her I would be disputing with my ********** and filing with BBB.

    I am writing to formally file a complaint against City World Toyota, located at *********************************. I believe that the dealership has engaged in deceptive practices and provided false information in order to sell me a 2024 Toyota BZ4X.False Charging Time Information: During the sales process, I was explicitly told by the sales manager and salesperson that the Toyota BZ4X 2024 model could be charged in just 10 minutes with a fast charger. This claim was a significant factor in my decision to purchase the vehicle. However, I later discovered that this information is false and misleading. Credit Inquiry Issues: The dealership ran more than one hard inquiry on my credit the day after I left with the vehicle, without my presence or consent. This action is a clear breach of my contract and has negatively impacted my credit score.Verbal Misrepresentation and Disrespect: Upon expressing my desire to discontinue with the vehicle, the dealership staff denied ever stating that the car could be charged in 10 minutes and disparaged my intelligence by saying I "must not be smart to listen to them." I have recorded this conversation and am willing to upload.This coercive approach left me with no feasible option to rectify the situation.

    On September 12th, 2024, I made a down payment with my ***** bank debit card to City World Toyota in anticipation of purchasing a 2025 Toyota Camry from them. However, we could not reach an agreement and so I requested a refund on September 16th, 2024.I was then informed that my card will be credited within 10 business ******* debit card has not been credited till date. I have reached out to them via chat and in-person, and they have refused to refund me. They keep tossing me around making their actions now seem fraudulent. ***** V. ******* and ******* ******* are the staff I interacted with and I do not trust them or City World Toyota anymore to refund my money without external ( legal or otherwise) intervention.

    I finance a used car from city world Toyota in which I didn't understand the paper work that much which I stated clearly to ******* ******* he then told me not to worry he got me and to my surprise last week Monday I called Toyota to find out how much do I owe on the car and the lady told me $ ****** and I asked her so what was the sale price she said $ ****** but on the contract says $41,00 and change so I'm really asking for your assistance because I need to get out of this car I've been having problems ever since I got the car and I wet back to them how many times and nothing so please help me out thank you so much have a wonderful day

    I took my vehicle to the Bronx to have them repaiir the sunroof and change the battery. They kept my vehicle from 09/12/23 to 09/17/23 and did not repar it . They only changed the battery with a cheap one then made an issue about the key not being the original one. The worker ****** Del ****.He argued with me the whole time he had my vehicle..He was very rude and unprofessional. He sent me a text stating that the repairs for my vehicle were finished and I can pick it up. The car looked exactly the way it did when it was taken there. He kept it all week and did nothing to it, leaving me stranded and wasting my money on cab rides all over ***. I could have changed the battery myself. They charged me $286.45 for labor for a 15 minute job. Totally unheard of. I will NEVER deal with that center again. They are a bunch of useless, umprofessional CROOKS! I am devastated over this matter. I need someone to help me with this.

    Wasted my day, dealer told me vehicle in stock and price at msrp in an email and tried to add $10k at the table above sticker on a 34k rav4 for my 70+ year old mother in law who we had to help around on a cane all day. I could not believe they wasted their time and ours. Think twice before dealing with city world toyota they are not honest and upfront. Very dissappointing.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by City World Toyota Scion regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    Their attempt to contact was just a boilerplate  canned email response asking me to contact them to which i responded that i dont have more to say tha  what was in the complaint and they have all my contact information if they really wanted to get in touch. They called me many times to set up the appointment in the first place
