    I moved into an apartment recently. It came with a range from Summit.. I had an extra turkey left from last winter and decided I better cook it. The darn thing would not fit in that " risky dink" oven. As a consumer and someone who holds two design degrees, I do NOT recommend this product. Unfortunately this is an apartment, so I can do nothing about it. Why this builder decided to use upgraded cabinets and skimp on appliances, is beyond me. I hope I can keep other consumers and contractors from making the same mistake. This brand is cheap as is poorly built.

    I recommend never get appliance from this guys I am service company and machine is cheap and unsafe from box customer service there is bad and ********************** are worse Beware buyer

    I received outstanding service from Destiny, a Summit Appliance employee.I would like to particularly commend her for her help in locating and securing a part that I needed for my Summit refrigerator.I would not have been able to get this part if it wasnt for Destinys diligence and tenacity in searching for it because the refrigerator model that I own is now discontinued and the parts were no longer available from all of the sources that I tried. She took my information and called me back the next to let me know that she had secured the part for me. I cant tell you how grateful I feel that my call was answered by Destiny, an employee who definitely cares and is a great example of what it means to value customers. *********************** should be made aware of what a valuable employee they have in Destiny.Thank you Destiny.

    Tech support takes on a whole new meaning due to ******** technical service at Summit Appliance. ****** has gone above and beyond anything I have ever experienced before in working with a technical support provider. His help with my Summit Refrigerator has been invaluable. I love my Summit Refrigerator and the support that Summit provides.

    I purchased a two drawer refrigerator/freezer. The unit came with one of the drawers being damaged. I filed a claim with summit. I followed up several times and they kept promising that they were going to send a new drawer cover. After 10 months, i still have not received it. I will never purchase an appliance from this company again.

    Clear and concise with instructions and very helpful! We purchased a condo with the Summit wine fridge included as part of the appliances. We had some issues with it early on and only ended up reporting it after it became unusable. They sent a technician and were very helpful throughout the process of having the wine-fridge replaced. They've earned our business for a long time to come.

    Bought a Summit Draw Microwave from *******. After a day the draw would close as soon as it opened. Called Summit for a warranty repair. The tech came to the house with no parts to resolve the issue, so he brought it back to the shop. I followed up a week later for a status and was told to be patient and the service manager will call when time permits. I guess time hasn't permitted because it has been 3 weeks and no communication...... I joked, that I will probably never see this microwave again to the person that told me to be patient..... I guess I was right.

    Just bought Summit wall oven. Afraid to use it! There are bumps visible in many places on oven( not paid attention before installing) also doors handles are crooked! The top handle also sticky and not able to clean! What a piece of junk!!!!! I am afraid to turn it on! Such on insult buying new and looking as if I bought a used one!!!!!Are workers sleeping when assembling this products? What am I supposed to do now? I had to have worker cut hole in wall to accommodate this piece of garbage and now I hate to look at it! I will be sure to let anyone know about the c*** Summit ships out!!!!!!

    Terrible service. We bough a fridge in June 2024 and was delivered with the wrong freezer handle. The handle they deliver was too big for the hole to install it. 3 months later and we still not have a resolution, and worse, the long handle they have left has scratched the freezer door since it did not fit and was loose. In trying to get it replaced, we had to wait 6 weeks for the part to be sent, and once it arrived, we realized it was the wrong part again. 1 month later they finally sent someone to analyze the issue and then they have gone radio silent. No updates, no resolution. Basically a very very frustrating experience, I would NOT recommend going with these company.
