      We were told the service cost was $400 and paid it upfront at the front desk. But later on, we still received a $427.35 bill without any deduction from previous pay. I have called their billing team but the bill is still being sent over and over again to my address. No one ever resolved the issue for us ever.

      I had allergy tests done for my infant, *****, on October 5th, 2022. They accept my insurance per my phone consultation. They never put he claims through my insurance, never sent me an invoice, and sent my account to collections.
