    I have emailed this company over 10 times asking them to remove me from their email lists , it goes to my phone email and it costs me a charge each time I get their email They will not remove me and there is no unsubscripe message to take me off the list. I just want them to remove me from their list as I no longer do this craft

    I ordered a kit from paint with diamonds, it was recieved at the post office, but they will not let me have it. They are keeping it for evidence because they shipped it to me with fraudulent postage on it. I have emailed and called paint with diamonds, but they will neither return my email and will not answer their phone.

    I purchased merchandise that was expected to be delivered 4 to 6 weeks, which was fine. After 6 weeks passed I noticed the tracking informed was not updating, clearly lost...again, this was fine, as this is an international shipment.I contacted support (since you can't call)and requested a refund. I didn't have the product and no longer wanted, as this was a Christmas gift and it is well passed the date. Customer support informed me a week later they shipped again. Because they see it never left customs....and it would take another 4 weeks.I didnt want another product l, I asked for a refund. **************** via email is not helpful at all, buyer beware8

    I am not satisfied because I requested a refund more than 6 weeks after the original product shipped!! I reached out to support for a refund. I DID NOT ASK FOR ANOTHER SHIPMENT.

    They waited a week later and  responded with a new product  being shipped. 

     

    I am not happy because I no longer wanted the item as a Christmas gift. I requested a refund, they did not respond until they sent it again, and replied they cannot refund while it is being shipped.

    On Nov. 24, 2024 I placed order ******** for a wax pen and a diamond art square "Carry Me Across". I received tracking info for the pen and delivery of that item on Dec 7th. They provided notice in the tracking email that the art square was shipping from their other distribution center and delivery could take up to 6 weeks. After seeing no movement regarding the shipment after it reached the ** I requested accurate tracking as the number provided came up invalid for the **** tracking website. After 36 days I asked for a credit of $36.17 **** of order less $6 for the pen rcvd). I was sent an email saying my inquiry was sent to their fulfillment **** and if I did not receive a response in a couple days to let them know. I did that and got no response. Today I again sent an email requesting either a credit or replacement as the info provided is inaccurate and they have been unable to provide me with info on my order or delivery. It is now 48 days and I have not received any form of resolution to this issue.

    I took this response to the **************************** to have them search the tracking number and they informed me that the ************* is not a valid international shipping number as the number should begin with a 9.  So, I then provided them with the other tracking number ********************** and they said there is no information related to this number. Another thing that was pointed out, was the fact that Paint with Diamonds has, to this date, failed to be able to identify what *********** it was delivered to.  Proper tracking information would be able to identify that, it would not just state it arrived in the ** and **************** is in operation". They believe this is a SCAM!

    This is in regards to Complaint ID#: ******** against Paint with Diamonds.  I replied on February 1st that I was not satisfied due to the information provided resulting in no verification of shipment per the **** office.  Since responding on your website, I found no other way to go back into the complaint to enter an update and wanted to let you know of some happenings over the last two days.

    Yesterday evening, Feb 2nd, I received an email from Paint with Diamonds informing me that they were shipping a replacement missing diamond art square. The only information provided was an order number.  There was no tracking number.  I sent an email for follow up to obtain that and received no response.

    Today, Feb 3rd, I received a package in the mail from (what is on the label)....****** *************************************, ******** with the diamond art order.  The *** and tracking numbers are completely different from what was provided to me originally and the label states it was created 1/24/25.

    I wanted to inform you that I have now received my order, to let you know I am unable to go in and update the status on your website and to thank you for your assistance in helping resolve this matter.

    6 years ago I bought 3 customs of my pets and they were so beautiful. I have had them framed in our home since. We have added 2 new pets and 2 months ago I ordered their images.I received an Email that the sizes would be changed and I responded stating I did not want them different sizes and was assured they would not be. I received it and They made them larger than what I ordered which didnt work because thats not the size frame I have. I also informed them during communication that the colors were wayyyyy off. My black cat I received navy blue and many shades of bright blue for. My other cat who is tortishell (calico colors)I received peach, purples, and pea greens for. I have never seen a cat this color. They send me a replacement. This time the right size but againcolors are wrong. I immediately informed them and asked what do I need to do to get the corrected colors. They assured me that it would be fixed. It arrived yesterday 11/27/24 and again..wrong colors. They offered to replace but told me I needed to go bigger for better quality. Its not the quality that is the issueits the colors. No cat is green and purple! But when I told them I didnt want a replacement I wanted a refund they are now refusing telling me that I am wrong and the colors are right despite me showing them evidence over and over that anyone with a human eye can see is wrong. I placed my order on 9/27. It is now 11/28 and I still dont have the correct items which now wont be completed for Christmas. And spent $105 on something I can not use. I am happy to share emails and photos again but it wont let me upload here. Keep your money and stay far away from this company.

    Customs are not eligible for a refund.  This is noted on our website.  Please place the diamonds on the canvas.  Black fur often yields blue and purple diamonds as the light reflects off of other colors.  The same with *****, tan and gray fur.  The only way to tell if the colors are correct is to complete the painting and view the completed painting from a few feet away.  Please send us pictures of your progress as you place the diamonds.  Thank you!

    I have done enough diamond paintings to know what to expect with the colors. I did a large enough section to know the colors are completely off. None of the colors I received are remotely close to he brown and black cats actual colors. 
    It is printed right on the canvas that there is a money back option if not satisfied. Its not that I dont want the product it is that it is not correct and that is 100% out of my control. I am not going to waste hours and hours to complete something I know is wrong. 
    I have attached an email with a 50% refund and at this point I would like the 50% back so I can move on.

    The company sent me an email saying I had received a $25 gift card for my birthday, and provided a discount code. When I tried to apply it, it was only for 25% off the lowest item in my cart. I reached out to the company and they apologized for *my* confusion and said it was only $25 off orders of $75 or more, otherwise it would be a 25%. But upon further trial and error, no matter the value of the items in my cart, the discount never triggers $25 off. I asked for them to show me where on the coupon or website their terms and conditions on gift cards are listed, and I am now being ignored. I have written to them on ******** as well and am also being ignored there as well. It feels very bait and switch.

    On December 17 I made a purchase and was charged twice. They said they were going to refund my money for one of the purchases but it was never refunded. I have also never received the order that I still paid for. I have emailed them multiple times but they have made no effort to resolve the issue. It has been 4 months now and I still have received nothing. I was charged twice for ****** for the same order. So I ended up paying ****** for something I did not receive.

    I placed an order with Paint With Diamonds on Nov 9th 2023. I was purchasing custom diamond painting kits for family for Christmas and the company was having a Buy 2 Get 1 Free sale, so I purchased 3 separate kits. When getting to the online checkout, I noticed that the promo code for the B2G1 sale wasnt applied to the final total of $323.97 and called the company for assistance. The woman who answered the phone notified me that she was aware of the issue and that it was a common thing that was happening and that she would refund the cost of one of the kits to include the money missed for the sale. I received the refund of $99.99 on Nov 11. On Nov 15th, I had still not received any shipment updates or order confirmations so I reached out again just to inquire on how long the process usually takes. She notified me that although there were no shipment details ready for my order yet, that she estimated delivery around the 2nd to 3rd week of December. I then asked if I could cancel the order as that would not be enough time to complete the gifts for Christmas. She told me that they cant cancel orders after the ***** hour window from placing the order (although it says on their website that you have up until you receive a tracking number to cancel your order) and that she would contact her shipping department to ask if they could cancel it and she would email me later that day with confirmation and then follow up by phone the next day. Neither of those took place so I called again on the morning of the 17th trying to cancel my order once again, to which she gave me the same script of having to reach out to shipping and would follow up. At this point I asked to speak with management to get this resolved, and was told she could not transfer me and that she could give them my number and have them call me at a later date. I feel they are pushing off canceling until they get tracking information so that I'm not eligible to cancel although I've been trying to cancel for days.

    We have corrected the glitch for the B2G1 by refunding the $99 to the customer immediately.  All of our return policies are clearly stated on our website paintwithdiamonds.com.  If the order has shipped out, it takes 4 -6 weeks to reach the client.  Once the client receives the order, the client can return the product to ************ facility - details on how to return the items are posted at paintwithdiamonds.com.  When the items are returned and inspected in ********, the refund will be issued if the items were not opened and are in the same condition as they arrived to the customer.  All free items must also be returned for a full refund.  As soon as this order is received at our return facility in ********, in the condition detailed on our public return policy, the refund will be issued.  We cannot issue a refund for items that are in transit and not in ************ facility.  As of now, the items are on their way to the customer.

    I understand and have read the refund policy on your website. However I have been trying to CANCEL the order for almost a week now. On your website it states that orders can be canceled all the way up until a tracking number has been given. Which I have not received and was told by the customer service that there is no shipping information available for my order as it hasnt been processed yet. Which means that I should be able to cancel my order now, BEFORE it is fulfilled and shipped. On your website it states that you do not offer refunds on custom kits after that have been received, even unopened, so me returning it to the ******** office after I receive it would not even be an option. There is no reason why my order shouldnt have been able to be canceled when I called on the 15th of November as the order wasnt even fulfilled or assigned a tracking number. This company is trying to push this off until Im not eligible for my money back in a completely unethical way. Ive called 3 separate times trying to cancel and was told that she hasnt been able to get in contact with their shipping department since I first called on the 15th, which is not the consumers problem. And apparently they are the only ones who can cancel the order. *** asked to speak with management, to which I was told she cant give me the number for and that she would give them my number so they can call me(which they still havent to this day). *** asked for a way to contact the shipping or fulfillment department myself to get this handled and was again told that she cannot give me the number for. The same lady answers every time I call and she says theres nothing else that she can do from her end and that she cannot assure that I will be able to cancel although my situation falls within the guidelines listed on your website for cancellation. I called and spoke with her again today (Monday the 20th) and she made a comment that the shipping department might be waiting until they receive shipping information before they call, which only supports my feelings that they are trying to push this off and trap me into the order once they get a tracking number. I want my order cancelled immediately and the remaining $223.98 to be returned to my card.

    This are CUSTOM DIAMOND PAINTINGS for which you sent in special photo to make.  These are personal pictures that cannot be returned.  See our return policy for custom diamond paintings.  Once you please the order, the order is immediately sent to print and the diamonds are packed.  We cannot resell your custom diamond painting to anyone else, so customs are absolutely not eligible for a refund.  This is clearly stated on our return/refund policy on our website.  The conditions that you are siting are for STOCK paintings and not CUSTOM paintings which go to press as soon as the order is received.  See policy here Return Policy Paint With Diamonds.  You did get a speical discount on these paintings which was a buy two/get one FREE.  Unfortunately, this order is NOT eligible for a return or refund.

    I ordered two diamond art kits back on July 1st. On July 20th, I received an email letting me know my package had been shipped. These products are coming out of *****, so I waited a few weeks before I contacted them. I have dealt with other companies out of ***** for diamond art kits, and know that it does take **** weeks to receive. They sent me tracking information so that I could track where the package went. According to Paint with Diamonds, it was delivered on July 17th, before the notice of them telling me it was shipped. I never got the kits, and have even gone to the post office to have them look up the tracking number, it's not even a recognized tracking number for the post office. I have been in contact with Paint with Diamonds, and have been going back and forth with them. They say it was delivered, I say it has not, because I've never gotten it. I have asked either for my money back or the kits. At this point in time, they are refusing. I am getting very upset as this has been going on too long.

    I purchased $130 dollars worth of items from this company. I have had multiple issues, this was was that one of the items I bought was sold out so they had to reshoot a replacement item, the second being that they cut my apt number off the shipping label so the items got returned back to them mind you they took 8 weeks to make it here just for them to get shipped back. They then sent out replacement items and I verified my address, one day I looked to see the items were delivered on a parcel locker but it was not in mine which probably occurred because they cut my apartment number off again! This is also an additional 8 weeks after they shipped them out. I purchased all my items in May 2022 it is not August 24, 2022 and I have no items and Im down $130. Now that I ask for a refund they say its not there responsibility that they will give me a $25 dollar gift card! I spent $130 dollars I would never spend another dollar why would I accept a gift card that isnt even 1/4 of my items cost just for those to most likely get lost as well. This business is not good and they do not car about their customers, please listen to the reviews! Paying extra is worth it when you dont even get your items.
