    I feel compelled to leave a review after having an experience that was positive. I found a listing for a Soundcraft Ui24R mixer, listed as open-box for around 40% off the going price. I placed the order on their site Sunday night. I got an email from a sales rep (through *******, a popular system) offering to upgrade to new for $95 the next morning. It was worth it to me, as the final price was still well below any other retailer.All payments were done through ****** (they indicated it was for security, which I respect), and they sent me a final receipt showing the new purchased item for the total price.Tracking information was available Tuesday. The mixer was delivered the next day, in factory packaging, brand-new. The version of the firmware is also recent, so this wasn't some item that was sitting in a warehouse for years.I tested the mixer, and it works perfectly. Maybe they have addressed some of the logistics issues reported by others. I had two interactions with their customer support in that time, via. email, and through online chat. In both circumstances, they were quick to respond and helpful. I'll be using them again!Again, this is my personal experience, and I have nothing bad to say about them.

    I purchased open box items I received used items then was charged 400 dollars to return. This is unacceptable and I will never use this company again pending advise from my attorney.

    I ordered two guitars off **** from them and they cancelled both and sent me a message their "warehouse caught a discrepancy". The reason they gave **** for cancelling though was that I requested it which wasn't true. They did this because if they chose the correct option admitting it was their mistake they take a hit on their **** metrics. Sleazy behavior

    The neck of my bass cracked during a set up within the first week. Even if used, the neck shouldnt have cracked like that. They refused my return, not for the crack, but because I dot have the packaging. Admittedly didnt notice the return policy on the web page, but there was also nothing in the receipt stating this either. This is a $1600 instrument. I was also told that they cant accept returns without origami packaging because of the difficulty reselling the instrument. It begs the question, would you then resell my instrument with a broken neck. How many other broken instruments are you passing off as ok?

    I purchased a stand mounted plate to mount our PTZ camera on. I placed the order on 8/9/2023 and was notified it would take two weeks for delivery. When it didn't arrive I emailed them asking for an update - I got no reply. So I tried their online chat - which was not live - and I am waiting for a response. So I called today (9/20/2023) and they told me they needed 24 more hours to get a tracking number. 43 days into it and I have no idea if I will ever get what I ordered. **************** is terrible - avoid using this company if possible!! I will update this if I ever get my product.

    I spoke with a rep regarding a used item and the rep confirmed the item is listed as used but has no notes on the inspection so is free from any flaws or defects. I purchased the guitar based on this conversation and description. The guitar arrived with a paint finish defect and matches a manufacture B-Stock description. I asked if they sell these items as used when in fact theyre B-Stock items. They confirmed they do not sell B-Stock items and suggested I return the guitar and buy another one (because they could not guarantee availability for a replacement.) I did so and the second guitar arrived in appropriate condition. Weeks later I received a refund that was $35 short. I was told this fee was to cover shipping. I asked if it could be waived since the item did not arrive as described. They since admitted it meets a B-stock description but its been literal months without them issuing my $35. I should not be held accountable for shipping fees for an item that was misrepresented and delivered with defect/flaws. Order no. ********* was placed on 2/19/2023

    Bought a Squier Classic Vibe new. Great price! Was 1-2 week backorder but charged my card same day as transaction. I was ok w that although most competitors charge when shipped. Called to inquire about my order bc I ordered as guest and could not check order status online from order number alone. Customer service was clear and professional. Item arrived as described and was even a few days early. I'd buy again from Proaudiostar.
