I wish I had read the reviews of this company before purchasing. They talk about having a return policy because, and I quote We understand that buying a product online can lead to misunderstandings so we're happy to accept a return for a store credit, gift certificate or exchange on products in new and unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Except they go out of their way to tell you what you bought isnt eligible for a return. The product I bought was never marked non-refundable on the description so now Im stuck with a product that I cant use. The chances of me ever ordering from this company are very slim. The product I received was also damaged and poorly packaged but since it was also not the product I could use I figured I would just ask for a refund or even store credit to purchase the correct vinyl. Disappointing to say the least, especially in this economy when money is already tight. How unfortunate.Review from Andres S

Ordered vinyl waited 7 days to get an empty box that was still sealed with their Brands tape. Got replacement ordered because this was for a customer so we reschedule for the day after I get the replacement. The replacement has now been delayed and I lost the work because of this

Don't buy anything from RVinyl let put them out of business i ordered some window tint for $ ***** i sent it back un open and un used wont give me a refund only store credit they have no other products i want this should be illegalRVinyl Response

Ridiculously expensive, difficult to apply, they dont send you any rebate information, nor did the product come in an air sealed container as stated in the description. Had originally purchased this product in February, and one of the headlight films tore during application. The other ripped while washing my car and I was denied a replacement because it didnt fit within the guidelines of the warranty. I ended up eating the $80 it cost me for both the headlights and taillights, and instead purchased the vivid auto tint. It arrived much faster, was much easier to apply, and I was much happier with the outcome of the application once completed.Review from Anthony P

Nothing but thieves. Ordered a thousand dollars worth of material, they shorted me roughly a third of it. Attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful at first. When they finally answered me, they told me to send them a picture of the problem. I asked them how I was supposed to send them a picture of ******************* one shot and how that was supposed to prove they shorted me. They stopped responding.Review from Isaac F

Company is a joke to work with. I placed an order on Wednesday. I cancelled the order same day with their online return form. I submit the form and hear nothing back. Fast forward 2 days later and I get a notification saying the package that I cancelled has shipped. And theres nothing they can do and no refund, only credits. Lost my business for good. The airhead I spoke to on the phone was unhelpful and unwilling to do anything.Review from Norman W
