      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Rvinyl regarding a recent purchase that has left me extremely dissatisfied. My experience with both the product and the customer service from ********************** has been far from acceptable, and I believe it is important to bring these issues to your attention.I placed an order with Rvinyl for what was advertised as a pillar wrap. However, the product I received was a straight vinyl wrap, which is significantly different from what was promised. Additionally, the color of the wrap was grossly misrepresented on their website. The actual color is unattractive and does not match the online depiction.Moreover, I paid an extra $15 for a deluxe installation kit that was not included in my shipment. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue through Rvinyls customer service, I have received no assistance. The customer service has been unhelpful and unresponsive, leaving me frustrated and without the necessary tools for installation.To make matters worse, Rvinyls return policy is extremely unfair and does not allow me to return the product despite these significant issues. I am now stuck with a product that cost $60, which I cannot use or return.I seek the Better Business Bureaus assistance in addressing these grievances. Specifically, I am requesting a full refund for the product and the deluxe installation kit or the delivery of the correct items as per my original order. I believe this is a reasonable request given the circumstances and the multiple issues with the order.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your help in resolving this issue.

      We apologize for the missing application kit. However, despite having addressed your concerns by refunding the kit, requested additional feedback to correct any service related issues and explained that we offer samples to prevent issues with color choice you still decided to pst this review.

      In terms of the wrap, once the vinyl is cut from the master roll we are unable to resell it. It is like having custom paint mixed, using it and then attempting to return it.

      Given that you have already left multiple negative reviews and that you remain so dissatisfied despite our having done exactly what you asked above, we will now bid you a good day, madam, and wish you better luck elsewhere.

      I purchased a simulation wood dash kit for a 2021 Kia ********* I paid $133 and when I received it from the post office it looked like a cheap piece of wallpaper rolled up. And the pieces weren't even made for my truck. My dash is different. They ripped me off and won't refund the money and just offer credit to their crappy store. They are con artists

      I keep getting emailss from RVinyl (Colliet) stating their policy is non refundable.  But, the sent a product that looks nothing like in the picture, no instructions, and the pieces aren't even made for my type of dash.       ordered a vinyl dash kit for my vehicle, kit arrived and was only a thin decal material no backing on material. Install video shows backing being removed, misleading advertising . asked for a refund have already returned product with tracking number. No response, no phone number for customer service. terrible customer service with email only.

      We would need to see the conditions claimed upon delivery, We would be happy to send a free replacement if it was shipped without a backing although we do not see how this is possible since the adhesive would stick to itself.

       They agreed to a return, which they received but now only offer store credit. I want a refund as product was falsely advertised as well as poor quality. Product is to have a 3 year warranty which they should honor as they got product back. Product would not stick to dash at all and was extremely thin with no adhesive on it.

      I ordered a dash kit fom Rvinyl to cover the console of my car, When I received it I contacted the company to request a refund because several of the pieces did not fit. I sent them pictures to show I had not removed any of the pieces from the backing (rviny, rv2.jpeg). I sent more pictures to demonstrate how far off the fitment was. **************** responded that this was the proper fitment for my car and I would be issued a credit if I chose to return the kit. There is nothing else I want from this company. Given the treatment I received and the lack of concern by ******* the company owner, who refuses to have any customer contact, I would NEVER deal with ********************** again. I wish I had checked the BBB first, I would have seen the numerous complaints.

      It was never my intention to cover the entire dash. As I explained to their customer service BEFORE I placed the order, I wanted the kit for the pieces I needed to redo my console. I never intended to use any other pieces. The Rvinyl description reads as follows:

      "Rdash ****** **** ********* Aluminum Dash Kits". Nowhere does that imply custom. It may be customized for a range of ****** 350Z's, but the console pieces do not fit my **** ****** 350Z. One piece is too large, others are too small. The trim pieces that run down the sides are too short to complete the console neatly. The kit is untouched and could easily be sold to another customer if ********************** would accept the return and refund my payment.

      Absolute scam of a company.They are stealing money from people pretending to sell high quality woodgrain vinyl but it is trash, hardly resembles woodgrain, pixely, and plus it doesn't even fit.They refuse to respond or offer any compensation. Apparently from this website, this is their standard protocol. Absolute criminals. Deserve to go down. I will be posting about their business practices and fake products across every terminal/forum/social media I have influence in. They should go to jail.

I think this company is just trying to get rid of bad batches of cut vinyl kits. I just want a refund, but they want me to pay for their mistake by paying shipping again.       On August 15, 2023, I placed an order for on RVinyl.com for $119.94. The order was delivered on 8/22 or around. The sent the wrong product.When I called customer service, a very rude lady named ******, stated that I did the order wrong (her words). I asked to speak with a manager and she said that she was the manager of customer service and there was nothing to do.I sent a screenshot of the order where it shows the product I selected and she still stated that was my mistake, so they wouldn't help.I want my money back! My guess is that this company is using deceptive practices to get rid of unsold merchandise, because the product they sent is absolutely horrible.I was supposed to have the car ready for travel, now I would have to find another car in such a short amount of time, which means more time and money spent.Companies with such as horrible customer service and deceiving practices should not be allowed to operate in ******

      I ordered a dash kit for my wife's ***** CX-5 that did not fit. I reached out to them and they said they would give me a store credit to order another one, so I did. The second dash kit didn't fit either. I then got another credit and ordered carbon fiber door pillars for my ****************** They did not fit correctly either. At this point I would like a refund because all 3 products I have ordered did not fit correctly and they only issue store credits. I will not be using anything from them again
