    My car was involved In a no fault car accident. This is the second time using them their service. They picked my car on 6/22/24.After 3 months they finally brought my car in and the paint job was bad. Especially on the bottom of the damage door which is the back passenger driver side. On top was shiny and polished and the bottomed part was flat and felt like sand paper to the touch. The person Mily who works there after pointing out the unfinished bad job said i would not take my car back in such condition with a bad paint job. Then i asked why you brought it in then? He said the shop told me to bring it in.Also my car had deep scratches that they tried to cover up with touch up paint on the left front and back passenger left door. 9/19 worker brought in my car and said i can either take the car in like that or they will fix it in a timely manner. I requested to speak to the owner. He told the worker will take it back and they will fix it. I picked for them to take it back. Two days ago i called Wiz Collision to follow up on my car 9/25/24 and the same worker told me either they drop off my car without getting fix otherwise it will take a very very long time 5 weeks or more. I requested to speak to the owner. However after been told owner will call later that day or the next day im still waiting 48 hours ago. Communication has been a nightmare as they have deceived me from the 2 months ago. Please i need help to resolve this manner. Please bring awareness to the owner as he was a pleasure to speak to . Worker threatened me if i dont get my car in over five weeks a lot of things can happen to my 2024 I7 *** like stratches as its going to be park there for longer than five weeks and anyone can scratch my car. That information was unnecessary and disrespectful said in such manner. ******************* PAID.
