      I made a down payment for a vinyl wrap service from this company on 12/31/2023. I was told that the wrap would be ordered that day to bring my vehicle in a week later. I came in on 01/08/2024 and the wrapping material didn't arrive. I left my vehicle with this company on 01/08/2024 so they can start other services on my vehicle. During my initial conversation with the owner (****) I was told that the service would take 1 week once the wrapping has been started. After dropping my vehicle off I agreed to a longer wait time due to the wrapping material not arriving, which was 2 weeks. The wrapping material arrived on 01/16/2024 and the company begin to wrap my vehicle on 01/17/2024. On 01/22/2024 I was told by the owner (****) to pick up my vehicle the service has been completed. When I arrived the service wasn't done correctly, the wrap was peeling all over the vehicle, my vehicle wasn't reassembled correctly (the driver's side passenger door panel wasn't installed correctly) (the front passenger window button was broken), the parking sensors and blind spot sensors were not working. On 01/23/2024 I was asked by the owner (****) to give him two days to fix everything, on 01/25/2024 I was called by the companies secretary to ask for a day extension until 01/26/2024. On 01/27/2024 I went to pick up my vehicle and the service still wasn't completed, there also was new damage to my vehicle, the front right bumper trim was damaged, the front right passenger side bottom trim was broken, the driver's side passenger"s door handle has been broken, my parking assistance still wasn't working, the wrap wasn't redone correctly and the vehicle wasn't reassembled correctly. I asked why is my vehicle still like this? The owner (****) stated that he is still working on it give him one more day. On 01/29/2024 I check my vehicles GPS and it was located at another shop, I asked why my vehicle was at another shop without my permission and was told by the owner the problem is being fixed.

      Do not go here I warned you once please read these reviews they give good prices because the work and customer service is trash they messed up my tire and didnt complete none of the work on my car they was paid for except one thing and they over tighting all my lug nuts causing one to strip if you do decide to go here just stay and watch some of the work they do on the other cars

      Wanted to keep credit card information on file.Requested credit authorization form even when I was presenting them with credit card.Refused credit card and demanded cash only. Not liscended to perform mechanical work, & performing brake work etc.

      There are too many unacceptable things from this job. i had to spend a lot of money at the dealer to order the parts and hardware that they either lost or broke. i took the car to another wrap shop and they told me that the work that was done will completely fail all around the car. I found ****s from too much pressure using the squeegee, wrinkles everywhere, wrap is already peeling in a bunch of places. The back of my rims are scraped up from being dragged on the floor, the balance is so off that my car shakes violently above 50 mph even throws off my tpms sensor, i found a rubber weather strip laying in my trunk, the worker told me that a spot i pointed to was paint defect and it ended up being dirt so he lied to me, the spots where the wrap is peeling i can see the dirt was left on the car meaning it wasnt cleaned before applying wrap which is why its failing plus dirt specs showing all over the car, my tailight nuts (there are three), they used one to hold my bumper, it was missing another which i found inside the bumper, and the last and only one holding the tailight was loose, my camera was left unplugged, and the calipers are all missing their bleeder s**** caps, all the calipers have scratch **** looking things in the powdercoat, and all of the wrap is overlayed on the entire car instead of being flush with the next piece, the cuts are all wavy. I no longer trust bringing my car there. $3300 to wrap the car and have rims powdercoated, $400 to have the calipers powdercoated. When i originally reached out he said he would fix the job they did but then told me to come the next week, then again the next week, and then my car broke down when i was going to bring it and after finding all these issues on top of the work being terrible I no longer want to bring my car to this shop. I requested from **** a refund so that I may take it somewhere else and he denied. Bad job, missing or broken hardware and damaged components. This is just a little bit of what upset me.

      On 8/12/22 I dropped off a wheel to get refinished and was given no latter than 3 business days for the wheel to be completed. It is now 8/22/22 and still my wheel is not completed they have no excuse as to why it was not done and I feel they may have lost my wheel.

      I left my vehicle with NYCWHEELPROFESSIONALS to fix 4 damaged rims I was told to sign A *********** left the business the key to my vehicle so that they would be able to finish their work as they did not have spares tires to fit my vehicle. While leaving my vehicle with the company they occurred 2 tickets that werent given to me but instead were discarded which by now have Accumulated fees , Ive tried to contact to owner to no resolve.

      The business lied about the services they were performing and what the outcome would be. I was told they were going to give me my money back because they messed up and they never refunded the money

      Brought my car rim to be fix for 150 $it was the front rim I show it to them came back to pick it up they *** the back rim that was nothing wrong with that rim they told I told them to fix that one I said that was a lie so they charge me another 150 dollar I paid them came back to pick up my rim they did nothing to the rim told me to leave they place they not fixing nothing and kept my money

      I made an appointment this this business for July 24, 2021 at 11:00AM for a rim repair. The rim was repaired about 5 hours later and upon driving home, my car's dashboard lights up with the notification: "Tire Pressure Sensor Missing" on the same wheel that was repaired. I have reached out to the business via phone calls and text messages everyday since my appointment date. Nothing has been resolved and the business is not cooperating to replace or return the missing sensor.

      Went there on 7/17 to get my rims repaired and saw some rims and tires that I liked. They assured me that it would fit on my *** ***. I paid $850 for the rims and tires. I took them home and when I tried to put them on, it did not fit. I took them back to the shop to show them that it did not fit. They took a look at it and confirmed that it does not fit. He said unfortunately they do not issue refunds and told me to take it to another shop to get it customized so it would fit on my car. I would have never bought it if it did not fit on my car. I am 18 years old and they completely took advantage of me. I even told the owner, Tito, who assured me that it would fit on my car, that he was the one that told me it would fit and it didnt so I should get my refund because hes the one that made the mistake. He still refuses to give me my money back. Im stuck with rims and tires that do not fit on my car and lost my money. They are crooks who took my money and took advantage of me.
