I was sold counterfeit product that burned my skin.Business Response

Good day,
We have been in business for over 35 years servicing our beauty community and have never sold a fake product. Customer did shop with us before and never complained about issue of this sort. There is a big possibility that the product was not used the correct way and caused discomfort or sensitivity to the scalp. There is also a chance that customer is allergic to one or more ingredients in the used product, which could cause an allergic reaction. We only sell 100% authentic products but many of the products, even the most natural ones, can cause sensitivity. We are working on the preposed resolution and will be in touch with the customer directly.

I ordered two products from Brighton beauty supply on May 3rd, the shipping says it could take **** business days to ship, so I waited until the 17th to reach out and ask if my things would ship soon I received an email stating that they regretted to inform me that one of my items was on backorder but would be there to ship that Friday the 19th. It's now the 23td and I haven't got any confirmation email of it being shipped. I emailed Brighton beauty several times asking and got no response. I no longer want the items and want a refund because they are ignoring me and I may not even receive my things. Please help me get a refundBusiness Response

Sometimes, our most popular items are purchased in large quantities and authorized vendors simply cannot fulfill all orders. I have not received a refund at all, and I had to contact my bank to file a dispute about this, I have notified my bank that Brighton beauty emailed me stating they are issuing a full refund, but I have not seen it in my checking account nor do I trust Brighton beauty supply at all just because I got an email doesn't mean they will issue my refund until I see the money in my account ********************** has stolen from me.

I purchased $109.89 from Brighton Beauty Supply on January 31st 2023. It is now February 14th 2023 and my order has not even shipped. I have emailed Brighton Beauty twice now and have not gotten a response. Their website says that they don't answer the phoneBusiness Response

Purchased on 12/15/22 for $77.62, Brighton Beauty Supply offers a variety of professional hair brands, that are purportedly unavailable elsewhere. The problem with my purchase and all purchases with this store is that they are offering brands that are not allowed to be sold to the public, only to people with professional hair licensing. At the time of ordering I was not aware of this, and now I am going to be sent products that have no guarantee of authenticity or safety, and they do not offer returns for their products. Dozens of reviews on ******* the bbb website, and yelp recount countless accounts of unsavory experiences of customers receiving no product, no resolution or counterfeit unsafe products. There is no telling what harmful chemicals may be sold under the guise of hair product. This problem of unauthorized sales by this company is a much larger problem than just my transaction but I would like to be refunded for my order *********. I dont require to keep these sketchy products and Id be willing to send them elsewhere for testing and quality checks.Business Response
