Honest, trustworthy, fair, and does excellent work. Im seeing some of the other comments, but I would gladly speak to anyone on the fence. You won't find a better more honest contractor. He is the ONLY person I trust to work on my home.

I ordered online 3 coverlet sets from The Bays trusted partner Chic Home. I have ordered online from several companies and many times from Amazon and I have NEVER had such a horrible experience! Starting with their tracking number for ************ After a week of nothing advancing, I wrote to them only to find out ***************** does their deliveries. Several days later there is still no movement on any of my orders, so I write again. It so happens that 1 package had cleared customs but they did not tell me who was going to deliver in ****** nor did they provide a tracking number. However, they did tell me that one of my packages had been lost and they refunded me(???) I was not offered a replacement. Then several days later I wrote again about my third package and they once again used the lost package excuse and refunded me, also no offer to replace it. I was supposed to receive my packages 3-5 after ordering but it took 20 days for one package and the other two were lost. What are the odds that 2 separate orders that were ordered 2 days apart for the same customer would be lost? Maybe they dont have the inventory? I dont know but what I do know is that I will never order from Chic Home again! I wrote to The Bay to tell them about their trusted partners horrible customer service, I hope they dump them because it doesnt look good for The Bays brand. By the way, I have ordered from The Bay online in the past and have had excellent experiences.

Item was not what was expected. Some of the thread is loose. Not happy with purchase. I spent $94 What a waste.

Be careful when shopping online at the Bay.com, I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased this item but didn't feel it was necessary since I thought I was ordering from the ****** Bay on line and that Chic Home was a brand. But when I tried to return the item I was informed by the *** that they use 3rd party vendors such as Chic Home on their website, and that have have no control over their business practices.So I wonder of anyone should trust shopping online with the ***.My disappointment is with the *** for being so misleading.

ZERO STARS. horrible experience with The Chic Home. I ordered a comforter set, took weeks to arrive. The "quality" of the set was horrible, very cheap with defective stitching in several places. The decorative throw pillows were not usable (completely flat). That's not the worst part....when I started the return process it was extremely frustrating. I am convinced their return process is intentionally complex and antiquated and SLOWWWW, in hopes to let the 30-day return window run out or to frustrate the customer so much they just throw in the towel and never return the item. I had to email them no less than 8 times to FINALLY get a return label emailed to me. I wish I read all of the NEGATIVE ****** reviews on this company before I ordered from them.

I ordered quilt set from this company and it was sooooo frustrating. I received a used/ returned product, theres stains and lots of hair strands. Also, I can smell perfume on the bedsheet meaning it was used. Terrible customer service too. Will give zero star!!!!!!!!

DO NOt ORDER from this company, Instagram ads are misleading, their products are low quality and they will not accept returns.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I received my order however the product was inferior, low quality and just not acceptable. I have tried calling their customer support number which after leaving many voicemails I am told they don't support the number. I have sent numerous emails asking for a return shipping label and they just don't send one. They answer the emails saying they have received my email and that's about it.Poor product, extremely poor customer support. Wish I would have seen their rating before ordering. All "their" reviews praise the company. I wonder what company department writes their reviews??

This is the only online order I've made for months. 2 days after my order went through, all of a sudden, 2 fraudulent charges were tried using my card. One for $350 and another for $588!! Also, the tracking number I was given doesn't belong to any shipping company and I've yet to see my order. STAY AWAY!!!

Should have read the reviews first. King ********* set does not fit...too small and it's not even the one we ordered. Stay away from this company.
