We hired All Green Carpet Clean to pick up a rug to be cleaned in August 20th, 2024. It has not been returned and they had us pay $352 via Zelle upfront. Our emails get bounced back as undeliverable. Numerous phone calls get routed to ***** and numeroud excuses are made;1. There is a still a stain on it and it needs to be recleaned 2. The warehouse cannot find it 3. They set up a delivery date and never deliver it.I was able to get the phone number of the guy who picked it up and he said he had quit the company because they are dishonest. They claim they are members of the BBB in good standing on their webpage ********************************************* replacement cost of the rug is approximately $2000

This company took our 8 x 10 carpet from us on December 26th, 2024 and said it would be 2 weeks before the carpet would be cleaned. They quoted $320 for the cleaning. We never heard back from them so we contacted them just after 2 weeks. It was difficult to get in touch with them but they finally called back. They said that the cost would now be $495 and they weren't sure when the carpet would be done. I told them to stop all cleaning and return our carpet. They said they could not return the carpet because it was still being cleaned. I then asked if I could see my carpet and they said NO, not allowed. I told the *** to have the manager call me. He called back a short time later and said that he would honor the $320 quote and get our carpet done by the following week. Now they are not returning our calls and not sure if I will ever get my carpet back.

All Green Carpet Clean of McLean ******** lists being BBB certified on their website, but they are a complete fraud. They quoted a price to pick up a rug for cleaning at my house and advertise that they accept credit cards for payment. When they arrived at the house, they quoted a significantly higher price and said they accept payment in full via ***** only. When we objected, they ultimately agreed to the original price so long as we did 50% down via Venmo and 50% when the rug was returned. They took the rug, delivered it back weeks later than originally promised, and the rug was in completely ruined condition. After several weeks of chasing them, they eventually admitted that they will not issue any refund whatsoever but would do a redo cleaning. Except they never show when they promise to show to pick up the rug again and they dont return calls whenever you call their office. Its a completely fraudulent business. They claim to be certified by multiple carpet cleaning certification agencies on their website all of which are fake . Im out $500 for the cleaning plus the cost of a replacement rug which was more than $1000.

The business pretended that they were sending someone out for a free estimate regarding a mattress cleaning, then when the man arrived, he acted surprised that he was supposed to give us an estimate. He then said that it would be $199 and did the cleaning, then said if we had contacted him directly, it would have been $120. He then said we had to pay via Zelle and expected us to transfer it directly to him rather than the businesss Zelle account. He then asked to take a photo of my phone to prove the Zelle transfer went through. The business account name on the Zelle transfer did not match the name All Green Cleaning and instead said R&M Cleaning. The mattress still has stains and he didnt want to bother flipping it back over after cleaning the bottom of the mattress, even though the mattress has a proper right side up. I shouldnt have paid, but it all happened quickly and I had other things going on. I hope others dont have to deal with this business.

On 5/1 I paid to have my sofa cleaned and 3 rugs cleaned off site. I was quoted $169 for the sofa and $4/sf for the rug cleaning. When the technician arrived he told me if I really wanted it clean Id need to pay $399. He also told me that to "really clean" the rugs it would be $10/sf. When I mentioned that that was not was originally quoted he said that in order to get rid of the stains and smells $10/sf was the price. I told him in that case I would not be sending the rugs out but agreed to pay $399 for the sofa. At this he agreed to the original price for rug cleaning and said dont worry yea we will do a full deep cleaning. He spent about 20 minutes on the sofa and took my rugs, telling me theyd be returned in 7-14 days. Though the website states that they accept all major credit cards, I was asked to pay the full $1179.00 to what seemed to be his personal Venmo account.First, while the couch is cleaner than it was, it certainly does not appear to have been professionally deep cleaned for $399. I complained about this to a dispatcher on 5/18.On 5/18 after not hearing from anyone I called the dispatcher asking about the status of the rugs. They said they'd call the tech to get the status and call me as soon as they had info. On 5/20 I called again and was told again that theyd call the tech and get back to me. They called me back and told me that the rugs were so dirty that they required extra cleaning and would be returned on May 28, 14 days after the max **** I was given. My husband received the rugs on 5/29. They were so filthy that the plastic they were wrapped in was covered in dirt and pet hair, and my hands were gritty from unwrapping them. The rugs are pressed and perfumed but are just as dirty as when I sent them off a month ago.The company website shows stamps saying satisfaction guaranteed, a licensed and insured badge with the number ******* and a BBB logo. I've not been able to verify any of these claims.

I feel scammed. My rug actively looks so much worse that it used to look. It used to be cream colored and needed a clean, and now it is dirty brown. The worker told me that his card reader was down that day, so I had to use Venmo. Then he said that I shouldn't **** this as a business transaction. I regret that so much, as I cannot dispute the charge. He said that if I had issues, I should call. I have been ghosted since I mentioned having an issue and no solution has been offered.I feel that I was scammed into paying for something they knew wouldn't work, as they mentioned that if I had issues like it turning brown I should let them know.

Technician was hired to remove one small (10") water ring on a brand new white sofa. We discussed the process and he tried to upsell me on very expensive shampoo. I declined. He said he would attempt to remove the ring using basic cleaner, and we agreed. Before he started, I asked him several times if this process would make the ring worse and he said absolutely not, worst case scenario he would not be able to get the ring out. I asked him again if he was sure the ring would not expand or make the problem worse and he promised me it would not. He cleaned the cushion and the ring was gone. I paid him $100 cash and he instructed me to leave the cushion to dry flat for 5-7 hours, which I did. When it fully dried, the whole cushion is warped and yellowed. This was a BRAND NEW white sofa, and it's completely ruined by this company. When I reached out to them, I was yelled at on the phone by the operator, and the technician did not respond when I reached out to him directly.

I reached out to this company on Dec 16, 2023 to confirm they could clean my type of rug (via email with a picture and via phone). I was reassured they could do in home cleaning for $149. Upon arrival of the technician on Jan 8, 2024, they proclaimed it could not be cleaned in the home and must be taken to their facility, necessitating an additional $100. I paid $249 through Zelle before they left with my carpet. I was told it would be returned in two weeks. After numerous follow-*** to ask about the status, 6 weeks later, on Feb 19th, it was returned. The carpet was not cleaned. There is debris on the carpet (we have a very good vacuum, so hard to believe it was even this dirty when it was given to them) as well as a good amount of dirt that was wrapped up in the plastic with the rug. In addition, the discoloration from the higher traffic areas are very much still present. When I called with a complaint, they told me to email ************************************************************ which has numerous very poor reviews. On ******* All Green Carpet Clean ************* is not registered as a business and the reviews aren't viewable. On closer look at their website, it appears they have numerous fake licenses, awards, and reviews.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by All Green Carpet Clean regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

They will not give a refund, state the name of any employee, or provide an address. They have offered a "redo" of the service (despite that it was never conducted), however, despite numerous attempts to schedule a pick-up, the rug has not been picked up for the "redo". They do not allow a drop-offs of the rug.

On 2/5/24, All Green Carpet Clean came to our home to treat/remove two stains on our sofa. After "cleaning," more stains were present on the sofa. We asked for a refund, which the company would not provider. They offered to re-do the cleaning. After re-do, our sofa was damaged even further.

On July 20, 2023, I paid All-Green Carpet Cleaners $376 to clean two area rugs which they picked up from my house in ***************** informed them that I was going away for two months, but that they should return them to my husband and gave them both phone numbers. When I returned in September, they had not been returned nor had they contacted either of us. After multiple phone calls and at least 3 appointments when they did not show up or call at the time they'd agreed to, they finally returned the carpets when I was away on another trip. When I returned and examined the rugs on October 14, I saw that they had not been cleaned at all. They were still covered with dog hair and stains. I called them the next day and was told that they do not give refunds but I should submit my claim in writing. I did, including pictures of the carpets that I've attached here, and was told that because I had not opted for the more expensive treatment the sales person had attempted to talk me into, they were not responsible for any dissatisfaction. However, these rugs had not been cleaned at all! Even a superficially vacuuming or shaking-out would have removed more dog hair and some odor! I believe that they are dishonest and are scamming people--I have since checked on Yelp and many others have had similar problems. I only wish I had looked at **** first and I never would have used them--but I had used them years ago and they were good then. I would like my money refunded.Thank you for your help!
