I ordered a Amazon Fire tablet from QVC in October 2023. A voucher for a case came with the tablet. I ordered the free case and I paid for a screen protector for the tablet. I ordered the case and screen protector on November 11, 2023. I was informed by a Caseable person that the package was dropped off at the post office on November 12th. As soon as I paid for the screen protector, a tracking number was generated and for a month I have tracked the non tracking number on the post office website and the message says, awaiting for item in red letters. I already knew that the tracking number wasn't legit. ****** and ******** and ***** they know the tracking number isn't legit and claiming that the tracking number can only be seen on the sender's side. *****, claims that she would have a new case and screen protector mailed to me and I never heard anything back from her about that and they refuse to answer my question about a refund. This will be the last time I ever do business with whoever these folks are. They definitely don't need to be in business at all!! Stealing customers hard earned money and the customers don't get the products. This is unacceptable!! I already contacted my bank for a refund. On 7/13/23 I ordered a kindle fire *** 11 tablet case in watercolour flowers blue. The cost of the item was $29.99, and the total charge including shipping and tax was $38.40. Soon after i made my purchase, the "shop" app notified me of shipping. The company never indicated via email that it was shipped. Shop provided me with tracking, which is through **** and is **************************. Through ********, it appeared that they never received the package to ship it. It says on the tracking portal "**** currently awaiting package." I also called **** and they told me they never received the package from the business. It been 6 days since my order and i have repeatedly contacted Caseable to determine why they never sent out the merchandise that i paid for. They promised me there is a delay in shipping when i know this to be false as **** never even received anything to ship. They have since stopped corresponding with me. All i want now is a refund and they have refused to contact me. I just want my money back.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction was 10/29/22 I ordered a tablet from QVC which contained a free voucher for a case for my tablet from CASEABLE. In addition to free case I purchased a screen protector for my tablet $10.75.I notified CASEABLE on several occasions I had not received either Item. I contacted post office for zip code area ***** with their tracking number provided. **** rep called back stated they had to investigate, haven't heard from them since. I have communicated with CASEABLE via email numerous times. On Dec 14th 2022 I was told By **** if I had not received my package in 7 days they would ship my order again. It is 12/30/22 they have not refunded my $10.75 as I explained in previous emails I no longer wanted the free case. I already purchased a case for my tablet from another company. Ms. **** stated she had communicated with **** office who stated they were behind due to increased package volumes. I have ordered 2 items form QVC in last 2 weeks both delivered by **** , one arrived last week, 2nd one this week 12/28/22 . I believe package has been lost or something which is fine. I have purchased a case for my tablet already from another company. I just want my $10.75 refunded for screen protector I ordered from CASEABLE.**** tracking number they provided:************************** It states shipment received @9:23 on 12/01/22 in ***************************. "The acceptance of your package is pending." I just want my refund for Screen protector they can keep their free case!!Customer Answer

8/1/2022 I purchased from Amazon fire HD 10. With this purchase I received a voucher for a case for the tablet. Contacted caseable, selected for the case I wanted. I sent email asking when I would receive my case. Case #******. I tried calling Caseable for weeks with no response and no case. 10/27 I received an email from **** stating that tracking number couldn't be given until package was on it's way. 11/8 still no case. I received an email from **** stating the order was being reproduced & I may receive 2 cases. Sent email stating I hadn't received a ******** feel they were not honoring their obligation. No response from Caseable. Today is December 13th and I have NOT received any case as promoted .Customer Answer

Sent an email on Oct.25, 2022 to ************************************ indicating that I received the wrong color for my Fire HD 8 2020 Tablet. I ordered Midnight Green on Oct. 13, 2020 and received Gray instead. I do not like the color Gray. This transaction was through a voucher received by QVC when I purchased my 2nd Tablet. They responded via email that I must send a picture of the error and that the image should not be more than 5MB in size. I explained to "****" that I do not have the capability to upload a picture as I am elderly and would rather she send me a return label so I could return the Gray cover. This is not my error. The voucher code is ************. Also, I purchased a screen protector for my Fire HD 8 2020 Tablet on Sept. 26, 2021 paid $13.89 and still to this day have not received it! I emailed caseable many times, the last one being Oct.10, . 2022. The order # for this transaction is *************. I have not received any communication from caseable since my email of Nov. 2, 2022. Why is this business continuing to play havoc with its customers? Purchased a Amazon fire tablet from qvc with a case that you had to send in to receive. I ordered case on Oct 20. As of today Nov 16 case has still not been received by ***** After many emails with no answer to what the problem is or when I would be receiving item. On September 20, 2022, I placed an order with Caseable for a Kindle Fire case, a charger and a screen protector. The website said a **** day shipping time. It has now been more than 6 weeks and I have not received any part of the order. I have emailed the company several times and received automated responses telling me they will look into it and get back with me. The only time I ever received a reply that wasn't automated, the email stated that they had verified my tracking number (which they wouldn't provide to me) and that they'd spoken to **** and found out that the shipment was delayed due to "increased package volumes". I replied and asked for an estimated arrival date. Never got a reply. I emailed again and asked for a refund for my order. No reply to that either. I emailed again and for the second time, asked for a refund, but still haven't gotten any kind of reply. Mo order number is *************. Hello,I had a voucher for a free fire case. I chose my case and put in my address for shipping. The shipping address auto changed to the wrong address. I have emailed and called the company multiple times to get the correct address for shipping. Each time I call the customer service number that I had to search for on the internet because it is nowhere to be found on their site it is always busy. I bought a Kindle Fire HD 10 off of QVC a couple weeks ago and it gives you a voucher for a free case I did this Saturday the 22nd of October and it states that it will send me an email in a short amount of time letting me know that they in fact got the order and further emails telling me when it was going to be shipped how long it would take well I got nothing of that. When I contacted them via email I got the standard will get back to you shortly that goes out to everybody I'm sure I emailed a couple days later saying I'd like an answer I didn't receive one the first time I want one now and they went on about that you should receive it in five to six days they're backed up they're sorry that's not how you run a business you can't say sorry because if you've done this to hundreds of people sorry doesn't cut it. You can't do the job you shouldn't be in business that's how I feel or get more people but that is my issue. I would like a tracking number so I can track my package to see how long it's going to take I don't want to carry around a glass object without protection if you offer this for people you should be standing by it.
