    Hello MY NAME IS *********************-MANAGER OF ************************** GENERAL CONTRACTING/BHI GENERAL CONTRACTING *** I HIRED ************************** AS A HOME IMPROVEMENT CONTRACTER TO BUILT MY HOUSE AND WE HAVE A CONTRACT WHICH I WILL ATTACH. HE BREACHED THE CONTRACT AND TOOK AROUND 200K FOR STAGES OF PLUMBING AND ROOFING AND EXTERIOR FRAMING WHICH I PAID HIM ACCORDING TO MY CONTRACT, HOWEVER HE NEVER COMPLETED THIS TASKS I AM ASKIN FOR YOU TO PLEASE REACH OUT TO HIM AND REIMBURSE ME AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE AND REPRIMAND HIS LICENSE MD ********************************************* CLAIM FOR BREACH CONTRACT Plus the 100k deposit THAT I GAVE MY CONTRACTER HE DIDNT PROVE what HE SPENT IT ON FOR MY *** PLUS THIS CONTRACTER USED DIFFERENT STRUCTURAL BEAMS THEN WHAT THE PLAN ASKED FOR AND HE MADE THE WRONG BASEMENT WINDOW SIZES NOT AS PER PLAN PLUS EXCAVATION OF BASEMENT AND REMOVING ALL GARBAGE FROM DEMOLITION AND EXCAVATION WASNT COMPLETED BY THE CONTRACTER AND THIS WAS PAID FOR BY OWNER---plus the 32k plumbing I PAID MY CONTRACTER FOR PLUMBING, HE DIDNT DO ANY PLUMBING WORK, HE TOOK THE MONEY AND LEFT *** plus the roofing 35k I paId THIS CONTRACTER which HE dIDnt get any roofing done, HE TOOK THE MONEY AND RAN OFF THE *** Plus the 200k extra I need to pay new gc to complete my job after u withdrew ur permit Again I asked 3 proffesional OUTSIDE CONTRACTERS contractors and they all told me that demolition is 75k Footing and foundation and excavation and step footing is 150k Structural framing is 150k including material ***** 14k Leaves u with 200k that I overpaid UNITL THIS PoINT OF THE *** WHICH I HAVE PAID YOU 600K DOLLARS AND YOU DIDNT COMPLETE THE STAGES AS PER MY CONTRACT SAYS So obviously HE made big profit here and are fabricating stories to justify the extra money HE stole from me but dosnt make sense and no professional in this business will correberate what HE IS saying Plus I have a contract which includes labor and materials and which u breached on so many occasions Thanks
