    I bought a sofa from ******. The piece has a button that popped out and a tear prior to the warranty expiration date. Whe I put in a service request ************* advised me that I had to bring the piece back to exchange it since I didn't pay for delivery. After that she told me that I had to pay 48 ******* in order for a technician to come and fix it. I did what they asked. Technician came over my residence and stated that they ha b e to order the button and replace the entire back panel. ************* called me telling me to pay 88 Dollars for the button. I asked her why should I pay to fix a piece of furniture when I have Warranty on it. *** replied that she will call me back after speaking to her manager. Since that day, I have not yet heard a word from the customer service department. I emailed and called nothing. It's been a month. I believed they are trying to find ways to close the service order. So they can tell me that they tried to assist but I didn't reply. I need the company to replace the piece or if they are going to fix it fix it well.

    I ordered furniture from the merchant on 7/3/22, the first delivery date available was 8/4/22 , Unfortunately we had to reschedule to the next available date 9/2/22 As we had Covid. We learned that one of the *** ports was not functioning and that both of the sofas arms were compressed and lumpy after minimal use we had previously purchased insurance for the sofas in the amount of $472.60 upon trying to have these items repaired we were told that the Merchant must was responsible for any problems during the first year after turning to the merchant El Dorado furniture we were told that none of these things would be covered under our warranty . I find it ridiculous that an item that has only been utilized for 60 days use! Additionally the contract states that items may be canceled within three months of ordering we are set to help us get restitution or repair or return of these items at your earliest convenience thank you so much
