    I received a bill but I never saw the doctor on this date and never received the tests that are described in the bill. This is Fraud. Please remove charges and void/cancel bill. Thank you Account #*********

    BBB and *** **************** are in receipt of your complaint and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. *** ********** spouse reached out to our office and we spoke on April 7, 2025 about the matter. We immediately looked into it and discovered that it was a billing error (a billing code was inadvertently entered into our billing system) and it was corrected immediately (the charge was removed from *** ********** account). We immediately notified *** ********* of this and apologized for any inconvenience. Again, we sincerely apologize for this and should anyone have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
