I ordered and paid for services through Logura for business branding. It took months for this to be completed. They made my banners and logos for a startup business. After months of going back and forth with them, they finally sent final revisions. I cannot access the files I paid for unless I get permission from the company. I was told I own my logo and all images etc. I still cannot access files without sending a request, which usually doesn't get answered. So basically they lied about ownership of any work they do for the customer.Initial Complaint

I contracted Logura for their logo design, branding, and web design services on January 31, 2024. The timeline of delivery that I agreed to was based on their written and verbal promises to me that initial designs would be provided within ***** hours of contracting and that design revision requests would be completed within ***** business hours.I received initial logo concepts on February 1, 2024, and the initial web design layout on February 7th.On February 7th, I also messaged the project manager of my logo and branding design services, *************************, to express my mounting concerns that I had still not received initial designs for any of my contracted branding items, more than a week after my contract was finalized. I also expressed my concerns about the quality of work in the logo design concepts, stating that the design concepts delivered to me were subpar and I had ultimately directed most of the logo design specifics myself, despite hiring them as a solution and service provider. At that time I still had not received the vector files for my logo designs to be able to utilize them.I received initial business card concepts on February 8th, 2024. That same day, I requested revisions to the font size within the design. The business card design revisions were still not completed as of February 13th.On February 12th, I requested more information about the timeline of delivery for the branding items, none of which had been fulfilled.I requested to cancel my contract with Logura on February 13, 2024, due to mounting issues with the quality and timeline of service deliverables and their lack of timely communications. ************************* reached out to me via the chat portal on their company website as I was looking for how to cancel the contract. He refused to cancel my services as requested and kept insisting that all aspects of the project were being completed properly, which was fundamentally false.The web design portion of the project remains uncompleted by Logura to this day. These scammers were responsive up until they took my payment. I sent them a sketch of my idea, gave details description from the get go.They created the logo but only using 4 of the 8 detailed description I gave, then tried to upsell me with more services in order to get my initial request. I hired logura to complete my website sooley on the timeline they quoted. The service was misleading and they requested several up charges after the fact. Transaction happened 1/30/23 ************* to create business logo, was told there is 100% money back if not satisfied. Was told I would have sample logos within hours. Samples took 3 days. Did not approve of like any, sent back with possible ideas to fix. Was told I would have revisions that day. I didnt get them till close of next business day. When I declined an added $999 charge, the designer stop responding to texts. Informed after deadline to have designs passed that I no longer was satisfied with company and wanted a refund. Was told it would be sent to concerns department. I was never contacted by this department so I reached out, was told I could get a full refund since I didnt like approve or accept any work by company. When my designer reached back out finally he refused to submit that refund saying it wasnt right they doing get paid for the work they did. Said I could get partial refund. ***** care about 100% customer satisfaction advertised on website. Wouldnt let me speak to a supervisor because the only one higher than him was God. I signed up with this company in the beginning of September 2022 to get a logo designed. I paid them $179.00. I told them everything I wanted in detail. The first designs I received were unacceptable to say the least. I could have done a better job. The next step was sending in drawings an further details. I sent in many photos showing exactly what I wanted and drew on the initial sketch where I wanted things. They did pretty good with the intital sketch. So I was hopefull; but it all went down hill from there. All the small detail work I wanted was either left out or put in the wrong places. We went back and forth trying to get things right. If I send you a photo of a tree, I want the leaves to go along with a tree trunk, not just the trunk by itself. It went as far as having a zoom call and everything was repeated back to me of what I wanted but when I got the sketch it was still wrong. I have asked them numerous times for a refund to no avail. I would also like to add that I do not believe they are actually in NY since everytime I would get an email or text message it was after 6pm e.s.t. and even up until after 10pm. I had to tell them to stop contacting me so late. I requested the unfinished vector file so I could have someone else complete it and have not received it. I have asked for my money back and have not received it. Unfortunately, I did not review all the complaints before I signed up with them. This company should be shut down completely. The process was only supposed to take 48 hours and it is now two months later and I have nothing to show for it. I was very patient with them and tried to work with them, but if I circle on a photo where I want something moved and you move it somewhere completely different, there is a complete lack of something. Common sense, respect, communication, understanding. If I tell you what I want and you repeat it back to me and it is still not right. Completely rediculous ! I want my money refunded please.
