    *** only operates through email (a red flag for sure)! She gave me the email address and is also forwarding directly to her supervisor to help make contact. She told me to call her back if I never got a response.I officially reached out to the company via email as instructed, but as of yet, no response. I need to cancel my subscription for the prescription. I am deathly allergic to the medication and will not pay for it again! I let the company know that if I do not receive a response by Friday morning, I am going to inform my bank to block the charges against my credit card and will absolutely cancel my card if I need to. I will also call ***************** and tell not to refill the prescription or send it to me. In addition, if I do not hear back and am attempted to be charged, I will be calling the ************************* for the State of Florida to report this company's lack of response to and ethical business practices for its customers. I have no problem following their procedures as per the text that sent me, but it is obvious it is not working and there is no phone or customer service contact. The lack of response is not acceptable. I did not think this company was a scam at first, but my opinions have definitely changed!

    I ordered the medication, took one dose and was extremely ill due to the drugs side effects ( which I investigated). I contacted the company to see if I could get some kind of a refund ( there was no way I was going to take a second pill). Their support team, which consists of ******* said that theres no refunds, period. What kind of a medical professional doesnt take into account that there are individuals who literally cannot take this medication without becoming sick, not from withdrawal, but from the medication itself?This is a scam and a money grubbing company. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS!Contact your personal physician. He/she will have your best interests in mind, unlike Oar Health.

    Im looking into this right now for someone who is so happy to be able to find some medication that could possibly help him with his drinking. Ive been searching for an hour now on this site and sure enough there is no telephone to call anybody, no name listed for someone to be accountable. Anyway, Im gonna give him the bad news now. It does sound too good to be true!

    Wish I would have researched this company before getting scammed by them. I have never seen such horrible reviews on a company. The phone number goes straight to voicemail, so you cannot talk to anyone and they will not call you back. I have attempted to get a refund. While on the website. It showed the monthly amount of *****. I was not under the assumption it would charge the full year in advance. I saw the ****** charged as an alert and I called 40 seconds later, as well as emailed them before it shipped. Oar didnt respond until after it shipped and let me know there are no refunds. I looked on the BBB site and this has happened to many people. I am disputing this with my credit card company, contact *********** I can do to make sure other people do not get scammed like this.

    While we are very concerned any time that a customer is surprised by our billing and do attempt to issue refunds when services have not been provided, the $469 annual plan cost is fully disclosed when a prospective member selects the plan they wish to join.

    Very misleading and confusing subscription service. They make you think you are signing up for a trial subscription and charged me for an entire year. $469.00 and I had no clue they were going to charge me that. Saw the charge the next day in addition to the $50.00 I thought I was spending. No way to call them so I emailed and they responded that they do not do refunds. I canceled but they would not refund the subscription fee. Be very careful what you sign up for

    horrible liers they take your money ...ship once then don't ship...can't call? say take 2 days to respond...my pillls are 4 days late not even shipped yet.... avoid this company they scammmers

    They don't ship your medication on your time and they don't give any updates about when you will receive your medication. They just take your money for a years worth of pills and then make you beg to ship it. They will forget about you. They don't care about you keeping your sobriety because they don't care about getting the medication delivered in a timely manner.
